First I want to say Stacy was such a sweetheart. My 8 year old loved talking to her about the books she likes to read. The ice cream was also just wonderful, that Oreo flavor they have tasted so well. Also, such a clean environment. Will definitely be coming here again. Excited to meet Stacy

Have been coming here for years! This is the best Bruster’s we’ve been to! The chocolate raspberry truffle is always great as well as the cookie craze when they have it!

I used to get good ice cream here. My mint chocolate chip ice cream was half melted when i got it. Trying to eat it in the waffle cone was hard and in the end had to toss it when it dripped all over my clothes

An unexpected power outage brought us to Bruster's for an evening date. This was our first time visiting this location. The service was fast and friendly, and the ice cream was sublime! I had a waffle cone with double chocolate chunk while my husband had a waffle cone with butter pecan. Perfect treats for a summer evening!

Bruster's use to be our favorite ice cream but they have become cheap with the ingredients for their white turtle. There was hardly any caramel or pecans.

I went to Brusters on Monday, July 3rd and had the worst service I've ever received. I stood in line for about 10 minutes behind a lady who was waiting on her order. A young man with a Justin Bieber like haircut comes to the window, gives the lady her order and rudely said " this is not a line, go to another window." He abruptly closes the window and I walked away to go to another window. I walked around to the other side and another customer on that side said to me "you can go ahead of me because I noticed you were already waiting when I walked up and there was no reason for the boy to be rude to you." I told the lady thank you just as the same rude young man comes up and says " Next person in line" As I walked up to the counter, the young man rudely asked me " What did you say about me?" I said, I didn't say anything about you. The young man paused, turned his head away from me, closed his eyes, took a deep breath, sighed, look at me again with a scowl on his face and asked" what do you need?" I was caught off guard by his negative demeanor and what appeared to be frustration so I told him that I'd let someone else assist me. His response was " Well get out of my line and go stand over there somewhere as he pointed in another direction. As I started to step away to go to another line , Another customer asked the young man what was his problem. I don't know what his response was or if he responded at all. I stood in the other line for about a minute when I decided that I would not spend anymore of my time or money at an establishment with such poor service. I didn't bother to ask for a manager, I simply left and will never return. Hopefully the young man gets some customer service training and becomes a kind human.

The Ice Cream and customer service was amazing, Bailey one of the employees was very helpful and almost as sweet as the pecan ice cream. I will be back for a tasty treat

Employee was very friendly. Ice cream was delicious. Prices are fair. My only wish is that there were more places to sit. One of the metal benches was broken with rust- it should probably be removed before someone gets cut and gets tetanus.

Great place to satisfy your sweet tooth while enjoying great service and a wide selection of flavors. My wife and I visited last night and got the 4 scoop waffle cones pistachio and oreo flavor.
All I’ll say is a cup of icecream from bruster’s takes the stress away ❣️❣️❣️❣️
