I don’t know about y’all but I went here and as I was telling them what I wanted there was no steak and it was no problem I would have waited. The man had went to go get steak at the station by the drive thru. When I got the bowl back the meat was so skimpy. It was not portioned to the rice not one bit. So after I paid I was still not satisfied or pleasant that the meat wasn’t portioned so I had asked them for more and I had to pay extra which is their policy but come on. It was like why not give me a good scoop or a fair scoop at least or say that I didn’t need to pay. The meat was also very dry which was disappointing. This location is not good. I have only went to the Buford location and I like it very much. Haven’t been there in a while but when I did I was very pleased.

Where do I begin…AWFUL… this place was just built!! I tried this location for the first time. I normally go to Atlanta highway location in Loganville … Big mistake!! I walked in and saw food on floor, over and behind counter… The place was not packed, CLEAN UP. Food all over serving counter. I told server I wanted bowl, he literally used tongs to give me 5 pieces of sautéed onions!! WTH…Portion sizes were little to none. Fast forward, I arrive home in 7 minutes, food is ICE cold. It’s 73 degrees outside. Rice is undercooked with hard pieces. Yeah, they lost my vote. Never again

There was a piece of someone’s fingernail in my food. I immediately threw the food away and was so utterly disgusted. I will not be eating chipotle ever again. Especially the Grayson chipotle.

The atmosphere was similar to other Chipotle so no issue there. The same is true of the staff.I tried the food twice. The first time I found the food fairly overcooked. The second time wasn't bad, save for the bonus sheet of paper towel I found mixed in with the food. No thanks

I could walk to this Chipotle, but I get in my car and drive 15 mins to Snellville or Loganville. They give you 2 grains of rice and half a scoop of protein. Basically, making you beg for more, then scowling when you do. It’s demeaning and I don’t even subject myself to it anymore. Really sad, because I eat Chipotle many times per week after my workout and it’s so close.

This place is absolutely unreasonable. It was no reason for them to open up if the staff is going to be rude and unfair when it comes to portions. We’re not asking for stuffed bowls that’s spilling over but it’s no reason why I should be able to count the pieces of meat I have as well as ending up with half a bowl full of rice and nothing else. The meat even taste weird. Do better as a business please this is absolutely absurd!!!!

This was my first time visiting Chipotle. I was really impressed with the ordering process and I'll most certainly be returning.
202403101236 This chipotle is fairly new, which is nice because it's still shiny. If you come in the front double doors, go straight (toward bathrooms) and flow around to order your preferred food. If you like meat, may I suggest the pulled pork (so delicately delicious). Don't forget the green Tabasco sauce. Fountain drinks are around the corner. Friendly, speedy service. Even if you're dining in I still recommend getting a to-go plate in case you want to save some for later. It saves you a trip back to the counter. There was a small puddle of water on the floor which can be dangerous on concrete. All-in-all, you're good to go. Enjoy.

My daughter order dinner for the family online tonight and half of the orders was wrong. They put cheese in a burrito that wasn’t supposed to have cheese, a kids meal that supposed to have chicken but it didn’t come with any. We tried to call the restaurant but no answer and we also tried to get help on the app but that was also a fail attempt.
