Ms. Tonya's customer service is one of the best I have gotten in terms of ordering a custom cake from a baker so far. From our initial conversation to picking up my order, she has been fantastic. I ordered a custom cake, cake pops, cookies with name tags and cupcakes for my daughter's first birthday and everything was perfect!! from the design to the taste.
