Worst Dairy Queen I’ve had. Food was cold and there was no sauce at all.even if it’s ordered thru Uber eats. If someone pays $35 to eat two chicken tender meals you should make sure it has sauce and def make sure it’s not cold. It wasn’t cool it was cold.

Came in around 10 to order . No one was around but I heard someone in the back so I waited no one came . I had to go in the back to get someone which was the cook..Waited almost 38 mins total for someone to come in and take my order. I wish I was somehow compensated for waiting . No apology or anything!! Got my order wrong I asked for it to be fixed & she had a slight attitude. I just moved to this area and she this location does not have to worry about me doing business with them again . First and last .

came in on march 19 for the free national ice cream cone day and asked for 3 cones with two cups on the side so i could take them home to my baby sisters and they said they couldnt give them to me if i wanted the free ones. tried charging me $18 for 3 ice cream cones, 1 with sprinkles, when theyre promoting free ice cream cone day.. all because i needed some cups to flip the cones into. the service is always questionable but today they dropped the ball

This DQ is one of the cleanest and nicest looking ones around. The staff are pleasant and pay attention to each order. So far no bad experiences for us at this location.

Haven’t stopped by here in a while but came through the drive-thru with the whole family tonight (including our dog) for some blizzards and the service was great, very friendly, and way faster than it used to be! We even got a pup cup for the dog. Will be back soon!

We had such a great experience at Dairy Queen, Grayson. It happened to be the 1st day of spring when my friend and I decided to stop by for ice cream. We chatted with the owner and other staff members while we waited for our food. Fun people and a nice spot to eat & hang out! The next time you are in the Crayon area, I would recommend getting a sweet treat or anything on the menu that suits your fancy! ?
