This is the 4th time I've stopped here on my way to work and am no longer come to this location. It's the 3rd time I've asked and been charged for extra cream cheese only to get to work and have my bagel be almost plain. Yes the 3rd time and have picture's. It's not just the fact that it's basically plain, but that I asked and AM CHARGED! Only to not even receive enough cream cheese period. This is why I left DD alone b4. It's constantly feels like I'm being jipped.

Health score 89(B). This is not good people. Please don't ignore the rating. They have to have it visible by law. That's for a reason. Moving on, the customer service has been declining here for years. A few years ago, it was my go to and favorite Dunkin. The workers don't listen as well as they should. They aren't apologetic as much as they should be when making errors. Customer service is everything to me. The food can be amazing, customer service trash, I won't come back.

Dunkin Donuts should literally take this Franchise from the Franchisee because it's apparent THEY DO NOT CARE! The customer service is horrendous. They couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. You can fill out the survey over and over and talk to the District Manager and the same issue occurs over and over. They just don't care about their customers, especially their every day repeat customers who order the exact same thing every day only to get the incorrect donut. THAT DONUT IS NOT A BAVARIAN CREAM DONUT IT IS A CHOCOLATE CREAM DONUT. If you can't READ THE LABEL and provide the customer the correct donut, THEN MOVE THOSE LIKE LOOKING DONUTS SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER SO YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN READ THE DAMN LABELS!!! TRAIN THEM TO READ THE DONUT LABELS INSTEAD OF GRABBING THE FIRST DONUT THAT LOOKS LIKE WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS!!!

It's Dunkin, what can you say....coffee and donuts, and some locations have a Baskin Robins attached. Everything I need! Love their coffee, donuts and even the breakfast sandwiches are good. Always go here, always will. Thanks Dunkin'

I've never been a dunkin person, but I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was amazing and the employee was super helpful. Shoutout to Kina for the wonderful recommendation and patience with me! Will definitely be coming back!!
