The fried green tomatoes were fantastic! The salad, not so much. There was lots of brown lettuce among the rest of the anemic greens, and a few small tomatoes, some dried cranberries, and a few candied pecans. I left a lot of the lettuce. It just wasn't appetizing. Next time I'll try a side salad, so I won't waste as much. I've eaten here before, and it was very good, so I was disappointed with this meal.

New to the area so first time in. Got the Flounder Sandwich and the Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger. Both were great and easily enough to share.The fries are great but bypass for the country potatoes. Really well seasoned and didn’t need ketchup.Definitely a keeper

Came there for dinner with my family, and it was okay. ? They were very understanding of our allergies and didn't have to wait long for our appetizers plus free refills. ? The menu items I would not recommend are the gyro dinner and cambo kabab as the dinner was meh in addition to the kabab meat being dry. ? I would recommend the steak and stuffed rainbow trout as it was perfectly cooked in addition to the fish having no bones at all! But I can't say I would recommend it normally to others unless theywanted steak or fish. Fun fact: my brother and I walked around the restaurant once because I couldn't find the entrance ?

I had raved about this place to my daughter, as I had eaten there 2-3 times...So today, she and I met there for lunch...close to 1pm.....the wait to be seated didnt take too long, but once seated, it took FOREVER for our waiter to take our order.....then, we kept seeing at least 6-8 plates of food just sitting in the kitcgen wsiting to be served to people, and getting cold. When i finally asked when we could get ours, she brought it out witin a couple of minutes.I was so excited and looking firward to my flounder sandwich.....which i had ordered before... .and before, the piece of flounder was so large, it covered the plate from end to end and i could barely eat it all.. I ordered it blackened this time instead of fried, and i ordered the home fried potatoes.This time, the flounder was barely as big as the palm of my hand....the potatoes came after i had taken the last of my barely 5-6 small bites of fish.I kept staring at the potatoes as if 'surely they are kidding'.....i finally tried to eat a couple of them....hard as a rock, over cooked to the point of almost being black on the outside......completely unedible!! It appeared they had been warmed up after being cooked previously......and the price for my barely 6 bites of food was $17.....for a LUNCH.....riduculous for what I received!!!! Had I not ever gone tgere before, and had nothing to compare it to, i probably still would have been disappointed, but was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED due to I know how good it used to be....Oh yeah, my 5 or so bites of fish were very tasty.....but just barely enough for an appetizer.Won't be recommending that place to anyone again.....and I used to sing their praises to all... Very disappointing!!

Not very welcoming. We thought maybe you had to be apart of the Sam’s regulars club. We wanted fried flounder but they were out of that and the server offered cod instead. We didn’t order that. server waited 20 minutes after we ordered our drink to say they were out of barcadi. We asked about the dessert and he said we only have baclava and pecan pie, since he didnt make it sound like it was worth the order, we did not order that either. He didn’t say thank you for coming, he said have a blessed day. I think we are good. First and possibly last.

Delighted we took their advice.Believe me - Sam's on Main is worth a deliberate trip... we also learned they have a local delivery service... online ordering through AppyMeal App... developed by a local entrepreneur...The lobster bisque has a unique and delightful flavor.We learned they will soon open a jazz section for entertainment and dining.Dave & Christian aided in our rewarding dining experience.Someone did us a "solid" and recommended this establishment. We are paying it forward - we recommend this establishment.You will learn why Sam's has earned these accolades and high rating.

Everything was delicious and fresh! I had the gyro & my friend had a blackened flounder sandwich.My friend has an issue with dairy, and the server was very diligent in communicating with the kitchen to make sure the food was properly prepared.Sorry, I didn't take any pictures. Almost went back a few days later... it was that good!Dietary restrictions: They were very diligent and willing to make changes in their method of preparation so my friend wouldn't get sick from the dairy in the batter.
