Visited on July 4th and not sure if it was because it was a holiday or what, but I ordered some ribs and chicken and the ribs were almost impossible to rip apart. Not sure if that is from undercooking or overcooking, but all I know is that they were rock hard. Chicken was decent and the mac and cheese and fried okra were good, but very disappointed in the most important part of the meal.

Placed an order for delivery. Delivery service was good however the food was horrible. Chicken tenders were burned. Fries were not crispy like ordered. Did not send the extra sauces I paid for and I ordered peach sweet tea they sent unsweetened teas.This used to be a good place to eat. Has really gone down hill. Very disappointing

On June 15th, I ordered a chopped bar-b-que chicken plate for take takeout at the Grayson Shane's Rib Shack. When I got home, I found a bug on my Texas toast. I took the meal back to Shane's for a refund and was told by the shift manager that it was not a bug but some crust from the grill. She would not refund the meal and said the manager was not there. When she would not give me the manager's number, I asked for a customer support number and she told me to go online to get it. Basically, this shift manager was not customer focused and didn't care about my meal. I found a number online that I thought might be Customer Service but it was a number for Shane's in Savanah, GA. I was able to talk to their manager. She apologized for my experience at the Grayson Shane's and asked me to fill out a complaint report and the Graysion Shane's franchise owner would get back to me within a couple of days. I'm still waiting.

The peach cobbler was not cooked. I received a cup of peaches with runny flour mixture. The person who packaged it should have known better no excuses.

Guy taking our order was friendly. Food was not good. Bland and tasteless. Asked for buff q sauce and got spicy bbq. Was not offered plates to eat off of with our family dinner. Nobody was in there and tables were stacked way before closing. Will not be returning.

This is the saddest, most abysmal location I've ever been and I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.I got lucky and walked in right after another customer had ordered, so I was taken care of by a drone-like, lifeless teenage girl that looked like she would rather be hanging by meat hooks than be there.However, I sat down after that depressing experience to wait on my order and watched not one, not two, but FIVE PEOPLE walk in one after another to order, only to be ignored by above mentioned teenage girl and then walk out in disgust to either go next door to American Deli or elsewhere.I honestly couldn't believe what I was watching. By the time I was done eating my less than terrible quality meal I was sure that I would never be back to this location and maybe even another Shane's in general.Do yourself and other potential customers a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Maybe that will get management's attention enough to enforce an overhaul.

I got the Big Daddy pulled pork sandwich meal. Very tasty with Texas Toast for the bun. Sweet tea was very sweet and I just add half unsweetened tea and was perfect.

terrible service. we went on a thursday afternoon, we got burnt reheated ribs and my husband got the raw chicken. when he complained they told him that they could not return the money that the manager would call him the next day. that never happened, terrible food and poor customer service. don't waste your time or your money.

I frequent the Grayson establishment for lunch. On yesterday, 2/15, I had a smoked wing basket where the wings were very small BUT I was charged twice for the order when I checked my bank statement. I called and spoke to Jasmine who proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t charged twice. I asked to speak to her superior and she told me she didn’t have one. Don’t go here because the customer service lacks to a great degree. Chick Fil A would never argue with a customer!!

I ordered from grubhub and got a sampler plate with pork ribs, pulled pork, backed beans and fries. I also got a salad with grilled chicken. I like the toast that came with the meal. The baked beans were okay and the meats I felt could have been better. I ended throwing the cucumbers on the salad away because they looked limped. I also ordered a large peach cobbler, was charged for it but it was never in the bag when the food was delivered.

These expensive and tiny wings were a do over because they have us 14 of the promised 16 wins we paid nearly $20 for. The place was freezing because there is no heat and no compensation or appreciation for patronizing them through their issues. Worse experience go to American Deli next door!

I have tried this location a few times, it has been Hit or Miss. My recent experiences have all been misses. Last order had ribs that were cook beyond recognition and chicken that was very dry. I am no longer a Shane's customer.

The full rack of ribs too over cooked, really took effort to get into. Use to meat "falling of the bone", not here at all.. The shaniac instead was GREAT way better then the ribs. Service was alright nothing special.
