I just came back home from my visit to this bakery, and my lemon cupcake is already gone!! I probably should’ve taken a picture of it first before eating it! Just know, the cupcake was moist and full of flavor, but not over zested. If you have been debating to try this gem, please do.Walking in the establishment was clean and welcoming. I was greeted by both staff! The bakery presentation was perfect!I chose the large lemon cupcake and turtle brownie. They each were packaged neatly for me. OMG! What a hidden gem. Hubby and I went in to look around and came out with huge smiles and pure deliciousness! The vibe is so cozy and the customer service was top notch. It is a family business (so happy for them) and the gentleman that was there at the time was sooo kind and walked us through each item and was so patient! This is a MUST TRY ya'll!

First time visiting today for my daughter’s birthday. I called in to inquire about a cake, Shai couldn’t hear me and he returned my call. Great customer service! We’ve passed this bakery many times and decided to stop by today. Shai was very helpful and friendly. A lady came from the back and she was friendly as well. I picked the Neapolitan cake(chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla and oh my goodness! This cake was very flavorful and moist! my two year old granddaughter couldn’t stop eating it. I’m always saying I can make a good cake, lol this cake was delicious. My daughter had the red velvet, chocolate and vanilla. She loved it! We’ll be back! Been wanting to try this place. Came on a bad air day. Not sure if their unit is working. Strange smell. Employee smoking at rear entrance. Brew coffee is $2. Apparently that’s black only. No sign milk is additional. But creamer is $1.50. For a splash of cream! Coffee was barely lukewarm. Not many breakfast item baked goods, but plenty of brownie type sweets. Their danish was $4.95. Had their cream danish. Very good. To echo what one review said “no smell of baking” hmmm. Not sure if they even bake here. Boulder Creek is a much better option for a cafe option. First and last time here.

Sweet Brown Suga Bakery and Cafe is AWESOME! I highly recommend this eatery. We’ve visited the Grayson location in the past when my kids requested cupcakes and they were delicious so when my daughter showed us the cake she wanted for her 13th birthday it was a no-brainer, I went straight there. I worked with Shay who’s customer service and willingness to meet all of our needs were beyond measure. He was patient and made sure that all of my daughter's requests were met from just a description and picture! Their rendition was absolutely amazing!! Everyone raved about how beautiful, moist and flavorful it was. They really did an Amazing job! I cannot thank the staff enough, keep up the Great work; we’ll definitely be back soon!

I cannot express how thankful I am for this wonderful bakery. I was in a crunch to find a place that could make a 50th Anniversary cake for my in laws. They did it and everyone was happy with the turn out. The bakery was so cozy and inviting. The staff were very friendly and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future! Ate lunch here yesterday. Highly recommend the chicken salad on croissant, deviled egg, peach lemonade and butter bar. All of these were delicious. Loved the butter bar and peach lemonade especially and the chicken salad. The acoustics were somewhat noisy but the food was so good I will definitely go back. Service was great and staff friendly.Parking: busy location
