Customer service is horrible. Well, not all of them but you know how they say one bad Apple spoil it for the whole bunch. The young lady with the blue hair specifically Braids, she was very rude, wore a frown on her face and talk to people harsh and that spoiled it for their customer service. The cashiers are the first face that you see when you walk in the building and that attitude lose lots of business.

This place has great food, enormous portions and friendly service. The chicken tenders are at least double the size of ones elsewhere. Real chicken and not overly crusted. The crinkle cut fries are awesome too. Crispy but not too crispy. They aren't stingy with giving you enough sauce either. My son loves the fried rice. Again, portion sizes you wouldn't believe. We love this place!!!
Love the wings here! My favorite place for a quick dinner. The portions are incredible! Great food at great prices!

just stopped in today… Got the 10 Piece wet lemon pepper… I will say that they give you a good portion size, but the wet lemon pepper wings were truly disgusting. Maybe I should’ve gotten the dry. Also, I asked for shrimp fried rice and by the time I got home I realized that I was given chicken fried rice, I’ll definitely keep going to American Deli.

Yum! Got the mailer. Took a chance on a new place. Ordered 100 wings with 5 sauces for a gathering. Super happy! Tasty surprise. The sauces were not over-salty like many wing places. This place relies on flavor and it was a hit.

Great food always but please please pay attention to details next time !. I ordered a simple chicken Philly no veggies at all and y’all still put onions inside of the sandwich which I had to literally throw away the whole plate of food and waist money so to reframe from that happening again please repeat orders to us and make sure you heard correct ..other than that fantastic place

Customer Service is ridiculous! Tried calling my order in for the 1st time and the 2 black girls hung up the phone while giving my order. I called back again and they were literally playing on the phone so I pulled up. The slow looking one with the bad acne lied at first and had a nasty attitude. The other dark-skin girl act like she was artistic; making smart comments under her breath so I ignored her. Although the manager was nice, she couldn't handle them. They just kept running they mouth. I placed an order with the manager and all of a sudden bad acne face went to go to the back while they were fixing my food so I politely ask for a refund. The manager was trying to get her to go to the back with her nasty attitude for the longest and all of a sudden you wanna go back there when I place my order....no thanks! You want be spitting in my food! Nasty azz! I used to place big orders here. So I told the manager. Of course I'm not ever coming back here. Definitely lost my business. The owner owns the one in Lawrenceville, so hopefully he reach out or I'll pay him a visit and let him know how they running his business in Grayson.

This is becoming a goto place for me. Big juicy wings, not those mutant wings with all the broth pumped in them. A regular soda fountain, not the stupid cokechoice fountain abomination. Delicious, super clean and fast service. They rock.
