Spectacular area surrounded by nature and more songbirds singing in the mornings than I've heard before! The hotel/resort was lovely and high-quality but down-to-earth. The grounds were a nature's paradise! The only thing I would hope for if I would go again is a more inclusive menu with many more plant-based (vegan) options. The restaurant staff were very accommodating but really it would be nice to have more options on all your menus.
We organized to visit the hotel for Christmas and the breakfast with Santa, the Gingerbread decorating were amazing but Christmas Day no Christmas lunch no Turkey they have forgotten that the basics are important its tradition for a reason. Great place for relaxation everything was in and around had a marvelous time the food was excellent, walking trail were well define, the staff was most polite and helpful with anything that you weren't sure about.
