I tried the Big New Yorker with Italian sausage. It was 6 hefty slices loaded with goodness. I enjoyed it.

Lunch buffet had very limited options. Nothing with chicken on the bar at all. Utensils to grab food were nasty, no sanitizer anywhere in the store. Had to wait on cheese pizza twice, it's never "caught up" with demand. Had to pay for Parmesan and red pepper. It's just not worth the time.

The manager is VERY RUDE & LAZY!! He thinks because his name is on the door he can speak to customers any way! The restaurant smells the bathrooms are disgusting & his customer service is TRASH. I don’t know how or why he is the manager but do yourself a favor & don’t waste your money here. I left without items I paid for & he raised his voice at me because he didn’t want to work. Standing around twiddling his thumbs while everyone else is working & has the nerve to have an attitude with paying customers. I’m sorry you chose to work at Pizza Hut, but don’t take it out on the customers who keep the doors open because you’re miserable with life.

Had the lunch buffet. Thin and crispy was best fresh out of the oven. Pizza was good overall. Instead of a salad bar there were individual salads but they were good. Had a pasta dish that was good also. Atmosphere was standard pizza hut. Overall was a good value for the money and we will definitely be back.

Do waist your time. The food was dry. I asked why there was little to no sauce, and the manager said the pasta only got one scoop of sauce. I asked for extra, and he said, "There is no option in the computer to allow extra sauce." This was about the dumbest excuse I ever heard. The heating device that keeps the food warm until pick up dries out the food but does not guarantee fresshness. I took it back for a remake or refund. There is no remake, but I had to fill out a form, and corporate will send me a check in the mail because I paid with cash. The manager was very rude and well at the lady at the cashier. I will never eat there again.

Normally good service, but I'm really disappointed that I called two minutes after I made an online order to make a change and they claimed"pizzas had already been made." I'd love to see three pizzas be made in 2 minutes. So, I had to take 3 pizzas that sat for 2 hours getting cold. I take credit for my part, but I'm only leaving this review bc I don't believe what I was told.

Very disappointed about this Pizza Hut if I could leave no stars I would. Just 2 months ago it was delicious and the last three times it’s been disgusting. We got our pizza tonight and it’s all undercooked. We will not be back here.
