A prime example of ownership asleep at the wheel and probably a poorly paid manager that is just there until the "next best thing" comes along. Out of chocolate ice cream. Out of small cups so it's medium or nothing. No waffle cones. I order a cone and get a small portion with no ice cream in the cone. Next time its taking that extra 5 minutes to go to Dairy Queen with ice cream in the cone and NOT paying for a medium shake when my young one can't even finish a small.

I can honestly say that I am not in a position to rate the food BECAUSE I did not order anything from here. The reason being is because - we were not greeted when we came in, half of the ice cream flavors were not in the freezer (basic flavors too like chocolate, vanilla), and we were stared at when we decided to leave without getting anything. There were two workers working behind the counter (one blonde and one brunette), the location was EMPTY, and there was nobody in the drive-thru. I'm big on being greeted when you walk in to a store - no matter what kind of store it is. Online it says their hours are until 9pm. We got there at 6pm and we felt unwanted and it felt like they were cleaning up to close and leave. I haven't had baskin robbins in years and was excited to have it tonight. Will not be back.

Went there an hour before they closed made sure it was enough time so nothing was shut down in the store and the girl there said baskin robins was closed and all they had was hot coffee and donuts. I work in a dunkin and know that we are not allowed to close down anything until we are closed come on do better this is crazy

I had better hopes for this Dunkin Donuts than I should have. They did not get any of my order right and the person at the drive through proved to be just as incompetent as he sounded. I asked for a creme filled donut, and got a powdered jam; asked for a strawberry iced and got chocolate. And then when I ordered an oreo sundae he said they couldn't make it because they dont have the toppings... they don't have fudge and oreos? Make it make sense.

If I could rate them a zero, I would. Every time I go there, they are always out of something. Either no base for the smoothies or out of ice cream! I honestly don’t know why they are still open. Don’t waste your time going here.
