I visited this store today and I didn’t order food I just needed to use the restroom. I have traveled all over the country and have never observed a Bojangles as clean as this. I encountered a young lady sweeping the parking lot and asked her if she was responsible for this cleanliness and she said “Yes sir” her name was Darnisha. You all have a real gem ? on your hands.

Ordered steak biscuit meal. Tater rounds were raw in middle...steak patty was good but biscuit was extra crunchy. The women in drive thru was the rudest I've ever experienced, I will not go back because of this. I normally love the biscuits and look over the poor customer service at this particular location (Griffin ga) but this morning took the cake! I'm nice to everyone & understand that ppl have bad days, but she was so rude!!!

The Lady (I don't remember her name) that works the window is very rude and just has a nasty attitude with customer's. I went inside this morning and the same lady was shaking her head the entire time I was ordering.
Really nice place to go. The employees are always nice and the food is really good.. if you have not tried it yet, you need to try the pimento cheese biscuit.

If I could rate this location a ZERO, I would! Bunch of retired aged women who have attitudes who don't want to be there. They don't greet you and are impatient. If you need or want to add something to your order or have a question, God forbid! Glad I didn't spend much.
