They are never open on time! The door and Google says they open at 10:45am but they do not unlock their doors until 11:45. They are always out of items. The employees are rude and act as if they do not want to be there. This is probably the WORST chipotle location I’ve been to. I do not recommend this chipotle to anyone at all! I would also like to add that I was knocking on the door at 11:13am and all the employees inside were just staring at me until a manager eventually came to the door to tell me they aren’t opening yet because they don’t have anything ready and it’ll be another 45min. If you guys open at 10:45 why aren’t yall prepared and ready? This is every time, not just 1 time. I sit in my car & 10 minutes later a lady is able to go in and pick up an order…. Make it make sense. Unacceptable.

I came up here today February-16 Friday 7:30 pm. I did an online order like I usually do. I got home opened my bowl, first of all the bowl looked tampered with, it looked like someone took a scoop of rice out of it. That was the first red flag, then I’m looking further in the bowl without touching it, I seen a ball of hair in my food. I immediately went back up to chipotle to get a refund, without knowing they do refunds because nothing like this ever happened to me ever, and I order chipotle a lot. I show one of the employees the bowl and I take the ball of hair out of the bowl, and that was actually my first time examining the hair. The employee with the braids i didn’t get his name was really nice and he remade my order. But after doing further thinking, that ball of hair didn’t get there by mistake it was intentional it wasn’t a string of hair it was a literal ball of hair. I feel very icky thinking about this. I done emailed chipotle about ten times about this cause I feel very very icky. I wish I took a picture of the bowl before I touched it to get the scoop of hair out of it. So y’all could see someone did it on purpose. But I did take a picture of the hair. I don’t think I can sleep tonight

Ordered online delivery which I never do but had a sick child at home. The burrito was over stuffed with white rice (I ordered brown)...and literally counted only 4 pieces of chicken. The Door dasher picked up my order at 742 with a 750 arrival time...didn't get here until 811. There is no way to contact the store directly nor edit the tip after delivery. The food was cold and sloppy by the time it arrived.

today I ordered food for my office online. The food was not prepared at the pick up time and we ended up waiting an additonal 10min for what we discovered to be cold food. We ordered chips and salsa the chips were so stale we threw them away. I was very disappointed becuse I love this place just not this

My first time visiting this location & I was disappointed. I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice & the rice was undercooked & my separate purchase of chips & salsa yielded me two bags of stale chips. I spoke with another patron in the dining room & they indicated their chips were stale also… Help me to understand why this establishment will give bags of stale chips to customers? It was a mixture of old chips with new chips.. Really???

well for one i went in there during lunch time & let me say the cook in the back i think her name is ebony she was very Pleasant kind & sweet . everytime i come in there everything is always hot and fresh and i like that . She needs to be promoted i will be coming back if she’s the cook there .
