Went inside and ordered Nutter Butter milkshake. Was charged for a blizzard. Fine. Heard them talking behind the counter. There was no Nutter Butter left. Employee made a peanut butter blizzard and told me technically they didn't have it but he made one anyway. Bad business to straight lie to a customer. Threw it in the trash on my out the door. Trying to be something he's not. An honest person hard to come by these days.

Asked politely for two kids cones. A very young untrained child gave me two cups of ice cream. I told him I asked for two kids cones. He takes them back. Returns five minutes later informing me I would have to pull up because the ice cream was too soft. I then reminded him he hadn’t given me my debit card back or receipt. We pull up and wait another five minutes for soft ice cream?
This store is placed precariously on a small lot off of a busy highway.The store is well staffed. Service is good. The store is clean, kind of dark, but has two TV monitors.The slushy machine needs calibrating. The mix causes the drinks to taste like medicine. They did, however, allow us to change them without issue.Parking: There are a couple of parallel spots as you enter and a few as you pass the drive thru.
This DQ is always wonderful! The food is always fresh and the staff is always polite and welcoming! We live closer to another location but always go out of our way to come to this one.
