This place had definitely went down the drain!! The customer service is garbage, and they change their closing times at will.. We went at lunch and waited 5 minutes while the lady at the desk just stood there.. by time she came around to seat us, we was heading out the door!! Try El Guava in McDonough. Thank me later.

Food is not what it used to be. Definitely will not be eating here anymore. Also they started charging for chips and salsa but they don’t tell you about it. I asked my server for them, as i was wondering why no one brought any by, and she said ok and brought them. So to my surprise there was a charge at the end of the meal. It’s only $2.50 but as someone who works in the restaurant industry if you make a change like that to your establishment it should be told to you or at least posted in the restaurant like their other signs notifying of their policies.

Excellent food & service. We hired elcharro for a huge event for 175. The food was 10 stars. The staff filled up my truck. Everything was packaged well and the partygoers raved over the flavor & abundance of the meal!

Made us sit on a bench and wait til all parties arrived when they could have let us order drinks while we waited. There were tables ready. Their loss.
