I was there with my family and friends tonight. There were 6 of us total. Everyone else got their food, but I was told someone else took my plate before the waitress could grab it and took it to someone else’s table. When my husband asked to speak with a manager, he was told that the manager “wasn’t in a good mood..” She said she did let the cook know what happened, but it was still over 20 minutes before my food ever came out. Everyone at my table was completely done eating when my food came out. I ended up getting it to go so no one had to sit and wait for me to eat. I hate leaving a bad review, but this is completely unacceptable. We will not be going back again.

It was not busy when we were in for breakfast on Saturday morning, I had a party of 4. It took the server awhile to take our order. We waited awhile for the food, my eggs were over cooked so I asked to have them remade please, my hash browns were supposed to be crispy with cheese and they were a dehydrated mess instead, tasted old and stringy. It ook awhile we were almost done with the rest of our food when we were brought my eggs and my son's pancakes. We had to ask for refills on drinks and servers kept congregating at the pos system near the back room. The service and food left a lot to be desired.

Swiftly seated on a clearly busy day, food was good, but felt like it was made and forgotten about for a few minutes by the time it had been brought to us. Great atmosphere, and I would not let the food temp stop us from going again whenever we find ourselves in that part of a Georgia again. French Toast was more toast than French, but the strawberries and banana topping were good.

Food was Delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating even though it was around 10:30 pm when we arrived with a party of 72 adults a pre-teen 3 kids and a 1 year old our waiter was Elizabeth and she was great along with an older gentleman whose name I didn't see he sat us and took our drink ordersWe ordered 3 different kids meals a country fried steak which was cooked to perfection thanks chef a split decision and sirloin tip and eggs the steak was juicy and cooked to a perfect medium well. Overall a great dinner worth the little wait we had keep up the great work

This is my go-to pancake “fix”. The staff know my wife & I so well, that they know what we’re going to drink/order most every time, ( I sometimes change my order ). The food is always great & service is the best we can ask for.

Stood and waited to be acknowledged that I had an order for over 10 minutes. The lady asked if I had been helped yet after she stood behind the front counter a majority of the time I was patiently waiting for her to say anything to me. She proceeded to the back after I gave her the name the order was placed under; it was another 5-7 mins before the order was brought out by a younger man who said he was a manager. He didn’t apologize for the wait or seem to know what was going on himself. This location has gone downhill SEVERELY the past year or so. I have customers constantly messaging me asking to please make sure their condiment and toppings are including in the bag along with silverware. The daytime host who is a younger girl is extremely rude to customers and rolls her eyes at the slightest inconvenience. Corporate needs to come to this location and start with a new slate.
