They were out of original chicken wings. Management needs to be better with having all available items for customers. There's no reason to be out of original chicken wings at 5.30 pm.

Taking the time to commend Nari on excellent customer service. Fast food now is just average. It is the customer service that makes the experience complete even bearable without complaining. The extra crispy chicken did not have that KFC seasoning taste. Based on Nari treatment of me as a customer gave me the ability to look base that and just relax in the moment.
