Chilli pup’s taste like just like the name PUPS! Not completely done! Needs to cook a couple minutes longer!! Everytime it’s always something. Fries have been garbage the last couple of years since they’ve changed them. ?️ food! Corn pups have changed, straight microwave !

Man i went by the krystal on my way to Griffin and just started craving for one. So on my way back home, i stopped and got dinner for me and my son. On the way home i just had to stick my hand in the bag for hot fries! I can never make it home without eating on the fries, but tonight they were horrible! They were still warm, but they were hard and old tasting, like they had been cooked several times! So i tried another and another and then just stopped. These were the worst fries i think i have ever eaten that were supposed to be hot and fresh! After i got home and tried my burgers, find out they didn't really even taste like a Krystal! So i decide to call Krystal and speak to a manager, and to top it off, you can't call the Krystal. They had a recording to call some number in the daytime to speak to someone. So i was screwed all the way Around on this trip! I don't advise anyone to get food at this Krystal in Griffin! Mine was horrible! Service was good though lol i definately will not be returning to the Griffin krystal. Oh and to make matters worse, i ordered a#1 and just 2 plain krystals with a small fry. It was over $17! Since when did krystal start costing so much? !!! And then my food was no good to eat! Yep i got burned big time on this trip!

The nighttime manager at this location is really bad at their job. I ordered two combos as a mobile pickup and it came with two medium Cokes, but I only had room for one drink in my cup holder. I asked at the drive-thru if the two mediums could be replaced with one large and they said yes. When I get to the window, they tell me that the manager said that the order can’t be changed. Like what?? I’m asking if I can get one large drink instead of two mediums (which is less than what I paid for). I had to leave one of my drinks behind cause the manager wanted to be petty and I didn’t have enough room.Also that new Shrimp Po’ Boy is disgusting. Don’t waste your money here when Checkers is down the street.

About 2wks.ago I ordered #3 combo off the grill only bacon n onion. Repeated that twice and the cashier got smart with me and said thats what off the grill mean. But when I got my food 20mins. later it had cheese on it. I heard the cook getting smart and did not want to remake my order. They all have nasty attitudes. I mean just put on the sandwich what the customer ask for simple. Be angry at 83% score in the window, not the customers. Do better.
Food was hot. The service? Eh they got into an argument about my order and couldn't get it right until a few minutes later.

The food here was very good. I stopped going to this location for a long time because it had gone down hill but it's doing much better now. The guy at the register was very busy taking orders, fixing drinks and bringing people their food but he was friendly and did a good job. I got the Pick 5 and it's about $2 cheaper at this location than the Fayetteville location so I was very happy about that. My Krystals were fixed just the way I wanted and the tots were perfectly crisp. I also tried the donut holes they have (they call them something else) and they were very good. The only thing I didn't like was the Krystal Chick. The chicken was a little different than the last time I got it a year or two ago and I didn't like it. My husband tried the new sandwich they have with a crab cake on it and he said it was very good and had a very good flavor but the tartar sauce wasn't his favorite.
