Ordered delivery and only one thing on my order was delivered. Called the store as soon as we received the order and was told I would be refunded for my order. Couldn't speak with the delivery driver because he left before we could get to the door. I get it some mistakes happen but don't mislead your customers that's how you make your money.

Food is good pizza ? could have more veggies if the pizza is fresh it is good but hot and ready is ok and can be a little tough sometimes depending on how long it's been cooked I guess but the people are always so nice and courteous and store is clean I like that they will tell you how long your food will take and that is usually exactly what you can expect.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life , waited 30 mins for one pizza and one breadstick order and lady only came out with one, no sauces that they were pushy about charging me for. Should close down and re think the whole franchise

This place is horrible the employees or horrible . I ordered online line it gave me a number to pick up my order. I get there they can’t find my order the black girl at the register was rude as heck. So I told her to get the manager and she is just as rude as her employee’s. I had to argue with her about refunding my money, she threatened to call the police on me so I just left. Never got my food or my money back. My wife goes up there about two weeks later ordered bread sticks and they gave her nothing but dough. They were not cooked so she took them back inside to exchange them. The girl at the register just goes to the back and picks up a bag not knowing what’s in it and hands it to my wife. It wasn’t even what she had ordered plus I believe it was something another customer had ordered. So she asked to speak to the manager, the manager comes out and she wants to argue about refunding her money. I don’t know if the day shift is like this but that evening and night shift is very rude. The manager and her crew if I could I would give y’all zero stars.

I arrived at the store at 10:30 waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru window for someone to pick up my order for me. No one came to the window. Finally decide to walk to the door to order the door was locked. Why can't we get service up to 11 pm when they say they are closed! On some days the food is horribly cooked and horribly cut. This Little Ceasers has to do better.

Placed a to go order only received bread no pizza. Called manager only to get cussed out, never received the pizza I paid for & ordered. I was also charged for the delivery fee which totaled $15 for only receiving bread & no pizza. Manager threatened to call the police saying I was harassing them when all I wanted was the pizza I paid for. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, WILL NOTHONOR ORDERS YOU PAY FOR!

Very friendly staff, food is hot, customer service is great.I’ve been coming to this location for years and haven’t ever had any issues.I also understand the food industry and know that when things are busy there can be a wait at time, I also am pretty patient , understanding and humble.If there’s ever an issue I have had here ( which isn’t often ) they always are kind enough to fix it.
