This place is either a one-star or a five star restaurant of extremes. Don't use the mobile app. You politely ask a question and get ignored! I don't think it's like mean-spirited just maybe McDonald's can start putting social skills into the training. I am super patient I was not upset but we did lose about 30 minutes waiting for the kids dinner. To save time we were using the mobile app and no - don't do that- the get the order but then they don't get the order
For the most part, the food is as it's always been, pretty descent. As for the service and customer service was awful. I understand it's hectic, but you chose that job ,work it proudly!

I brought my boys here for lunch and so they could play. Katina was so kind and courteous. She made my day! On a day I didn't feel very great she called me beautiful and it instantly brightened my day. Her pretty face and personality are what customers need! Thanks for a great experience!
