Rude and unhelpful employees. I know it was busy, the on-site manager at the time was yelling at employees that she needed room to put ready pizzas at, but at the same time had 11 people waiting and no one helping any of us to get the pies that were ready and getting cold.

I ordered a Shaq-a-Roni pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi. I got the pizza no problem. But, the Door Dash delivery driver made the sorry excuse that the pizza was all that the store gave her. All she had to do was look on the pizza box and the order is on the box. Long story short, I called the store and they sent my 2liter. I don’t blame the store but, Door Dash needs to hire better drivers.

Horrible nightshift. So in return I'll have to say bad management, when loud music is allowed, followed by food being thrown at each other, calling each other B**** while 4 customers waiting for their order. How do you give away a 90 dollar order without verifying who you are handing the food too? Papa John's is a great pizza place. Please clean house and start over with core values.

They close early all the time I imagine because covid ruined these restaurant chains and people just do what they want now. I called an hour before they close just for some rude employee to answer and just repeat "we're closed" over and over. Lol what an actual joke.
