I drove 30min to get there today 4/19 it was 5:30p the young lady working there closed the window and would not serve me she told me to come back at 6 because she had a family emergency and someone else would be coming that’s unacceptable during business hours especially to only have one person in there working on a Friday. She should’ve at least been able to help until a relief came. I’m pissed at the waste of a drive.

We live closer to SnoBiz shop at Carver and 362. No one in the booth, we rode 5 miles to Pelican Snowballs.I ordered a banana which tasted like sugar ice with coloring. They need to work on the flavor profiles.

It is very good snoballs, and I will definitely be returning as much as I can because the cool part about these snoballs is the fact that if it starts to melt, just put it in the freezer and you still get an awesome treat! There are so many flavors that you want to keep coming back to mix and match the right combination

Portions are great size for the kiddos. But there is ZERO shade. Umbrellas don’t work and haven’t worked as long as I’ve been bringing the kids there.Fix the umbrellas, you’re a warm weather business which means SUN and the need for shade. Take care of your customers

Not very flavorful. Melted very fast
Fast service
Wonderful experience
Didn't care for snowballs the flavors tasted diluted. It's not very flavorful. I prefer Beez freeze in Senoia.
So good. Love that they have sugar free options.
