Delivery, my son ordered an ordered to be delivered it told us 6:55 for order to here at house maybe 8 minutes from there location, it is now 7:50, would of went to pick up, just both home not feeling well, order was , is , $40.00t we have called over and over, they may answer and then hang up on us, we have tried to call to cancel but he was paying cash on delivery, they could at least send email explaining, nope!!!

This place is a joke. I placed an order online for a personal pan pizza and cheese sticks. The order said it would take 20 minutes. My wife went to Pizza Hut when the order said it was ready. The lady at the counter told her it wasn’t ready yet and it was currently in the oven. My wife went and sat in the car for several minutes and then went back in to the lady saying we are putting it in the oven now. My wife went back out to the car and sat for another 10 minutes or so. She then went back into the store to the lady advising her that they were just now putting it in the oven. They went back in forth like this for over an hour!!! After lying to my wife’s face multiple times telling her it was in the oven and it not being she gave my wife someone else’s food that had been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long! Once the wife got home with the pizza it was cold and went straight into the trash. They gave us a $10 voucher for her “time” wasted. A voucher that is also going to go into the trash because this place has lost my business.

Well the food was alright however if I had received what I asked for it would have been better. Really hate getting home and the food was not what we asked for but you could tell they tried or were new something was going on. However the staff and manager were so nice I just didn't bother them on a complaint everything doesn't need a reaction but I will say I rated this because the last manager and the young guy running the register were very kind and already dealing with a complaint on wrong type of pizza before hand so I wasn't going to do so.

Ordered online and was told our order was going to be ready at 5:45. Arrived to pick up and there was a lobby full of people waiting. They seemed to have no record of my order, even though I had placed and paid online 45 mins prior. Once they found my order, they said it was next to go in the oven. They seemed to have the same issue with every single person who was arriving to get their food. Finally after 30 mins of waiting I received my food, but it was cold, dried out and wasn’t even made correctly to my order. I ordered a cheese stuffed crust and received a hand tossed crust. This is the second time we have had this experience with this location and we will NOT be back. The cold, dry pizza was NOT worth the $75 and almost 2 hours of wasted time.

We order weekly from Pizza Hut and always ask for extra sauce, and they never add it. Son now works for Pizza Hut and they just premake pizzas ahead of time to prepare for rush hour. So you get what’s already been sitting there. Disappointing when you pay premium money for mediocre product.

Ordered on New Year’s Eve at 7:12. Went to pickup when app said food was ready around 8:00. Placed was packed with people waiting for their orders. Food wasn’t ready but no problem, I live just down the road. So asked when it might be ready and Mrs said give us 45mins. No problem, I get it, you’re busy. Came back around 8:45 and Mrs said food still wasn’t ready and they weren’t sure when it would be. I’m not the type to get upset when clearly the place was understaffed and overwhelmed. What doesn’t make sense though is I asked for a refund and was informed they couldn’t due to some policy. Refused to refund my order, didn’t receive food and now have to return when the “GM” is there to get a refund. That’s three trips wasted with no food received for a refund. I’ve been here countless times and never had a problem. After tonight we’ll be back for a refund but never again.

Just ordered from Uber eats. Food is absolutely terrible. I ordered vegetable pasta and a personal pan. Pasta is rubberish dried out over cooked no sauce just tasteless like play doh food. Pizza undercooked just a waste. They Even left out the bread sticks that was supposed to come with pasta.

We placed a delivery order. We live fairly close to the restaurant so the order arrived on time. We ordered a meat lover’s melt, boneless honey bbq wings, chicken Alfredo pasta and Cinnabon rolls. The boneless wings looked and tasted burned. The Alfredo sauce was watery. The Cinnabon rolls and melt were okay. For some reason, the melt was placed in a big pizza box with the container of pasta. There was still too much space in the box so most of the filling was coming out of the melt. I really expected better from Pizza Hut.

The service was beyond the worst I have ever experienced from Pizza Hut in Zebulon Georgia! We will go to Marcos in Griffin moving forward. I am not looking for a refund, I don't want anything from this company. Good luck staying in business..
