There are many handicap parking and free parking spaces. This ice cream and cupcake show is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this bakery. The ice cream is very good and sweet. The cupcakes are quite enjoyable as well. The sell Sprite and coca cola here as well. Overall, I am quite happy with my selection of ice cream and cupcakes here. Awesomeness.

Small Cakes in Griffin has awesome customer service. The owners are amazing and kind and the owners and staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience and that you leave their store happy. I am always greeted when I walk in and their store is very clean. EVERY time i eat there the cupcakes and sweets are FRESH like they were made an hour before. I have NEVER had a bad cupcake or cake or anything from Small Cakes Griffin. I love how they have many options to choose from- cupcakes, cakes, cookie slices, and more. They offer other items from other small businesses and I love that. The owners have explained to me to put the cupcakes in the floorboard to keep them safer during transport. They also have advised me to not put the cupcakes in the freezer or fridge because that can affect the cupcakes and you will not have as good of a cupcake if you do that. I am thankful for thé advice. I had no idea. A lot of people don’t know that. I will definitely be back. I also recommended them to all my friends and coworkers. My coworkers loved their cupcakes. Small Cakes in Griffin is a must visit! I love Small Cakes in Griffin.

I usually absolutely love this place, the cupcakes are delicious, the staff is nice, and it's just a cute shop all together.But right now I seriously feel like such a Karen, but I wanted to get my mom a cupcake from her favorite spot for her birthday and they don't close till 6pm well I walk up to the door and it's locked. They closed at 5pm due to the "weather" it stopped raining already. I understand wanting to go home early especially being young like the two girls working were, but it's a hour. You could have stayed open especially since the bad weather had already passed. I had to end up going to ingles and begging one of the girls in the bakery to just make me 6 vanilla with buttercream icing. It turned what could have been an amazing birthday for my mom into just an alright birthday
