The service here what's awful? I had ordered a sub from them through Uber. Eats, they proceed to tell me that Uber Eats got it wrong when. They made the sandwich there. Selves I will not ever go to this subway

What are they hiding?They installed a metal cover over the meat section and you can’t see what they are doing making your sandwich.They don’t have any unsweetened tea at this location.Was told they were having to throw it out at the end of the day.Tea is very cheap to make and very profitable so that excuse doesn’t make sense.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. First off they close at 8:00 every single night even though they advertise till 9:00. (Even if you catch themOpen before then the food is mediocre at best) The same little blonde boy with the man bun is there and after this time seeing them closed and seeing him sitting on the counter that my food is prepared on I won’t be back and advise the same to all

The person making the sandwich literally pounded the bread of both of the sandwiches I ordered. I watched him push onto the bread as hard as he could to cut it to put the toppings in. He then did not cut either sandwich in half and was very rude. Would not go back

Google says they are open till 9 on Sunday. I got there at 8:45 and the lights were off with no one there. I guess they decided to go home early. I won’t be wasting my time driving there again.

They literally just stole my money. I placed an order online the other night and never received it due to the employees closing the store early. But, in the the app it was telling me my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store it was locked and it was only 8:23pm the lights were out and no one in site. I tried emailing the owner no response, and my money never got placed back into my acct. It's sad bc that's the 2nd time the issue occurred. Horrible service indeed.

Bad customer service I got a salad the lady put 3 cucumbers in my salad I asked for me she put 1 more then rudely said what other veggies you want. Their customer service is TERRIBLE … And I know it’s hard working at a restaurant but why he rude to customers?
I recently visited this store and had a great experience! The employees went above and beyond to serve my family and I. We will be back soon.

I walked in to place an order and the cashier walked off and didn't return so I walked away and purchased something from restaurant next door..poor customer service..I asked were they closed and the young man responded no...but I was still refused service..lost a customer for life!!! I had to give you one star to send this review but I really wanted to rate it with a zero.
