This is not the first time that my wife and I have eaten at this restaurant, but it will be our last. As noted another reviews lunch at this restaurant is actually pretty good. The day crew seems to be very good at preparing sandwiches the way Subway would like.. that does not apply, however to the night crew. My wife and I decided to eat supper there tonight after seeing some of the ads for the new sandwiches that Subway has been advertising. When we walked into the restaurant, there was nobody out front. I knew we were in trouble when this boy came from around in back to take our order. This was not the first time that we have dealt with this young man.. and the three months since we first endured his sourness, his attitude nor his customer service as a SUBWAY® employee have not Improved one bit. This boy is completely lacking in any social, graces politeness, friendliness, or professionalism in anyway whatsoever.and the young lady that followed him out from the back was nicer, but very short, very curt, and apparently was mystified by the cash register when we finally got our sandwiches, which took a grand total of about 14 minutes for 2 6 inch sandwiches. She could not figure out how to ring it up so that I could use Apple Pay. This particular restaurant is owned by franchisee that has several around the Griffin Georgia area, and it is apparent that this particular franchisee does not give consideration to customer service because the other stores are just as bad or worse than this. The reason I gave this one star is because the potato chips were good. My recommendation is that if you want a Subway sandwich, go during the lunch hour, but if you want Subway for supper run as far away from this restaurant as possible and find somebody else..

After the tornado last night every place to eat is packed . This subway only had 1 person working. She did an amazing job serving everyone.

I have tried ordering melts multiple times from this location. (And others to be frank)They are never made. You're given a Regular Sub, with almost less toppings than a normal sub would!No "3x the cheese", or anything.Disappointing experiences all around

Came at 11:58am on a Thursday, placed a pickup order like I usually do. It’s usually ready at the pickup time. Was informed it was not ready an that I had to wait for six customers to get served first an that the online pickup order time is always wrong ! I know it’s a lie , I’ve been coming here for months and now I’m done I’m outside waiting with four kids , two are twin babies btw . This is ridiculous…
The sub was excellent, but the pretzel stick wasn't as good. The pretzel stick seemed hard and difficult to chew.

Walked in and immediately out! Staff were not wearing mask or hairnet. One of the kids was sniffling as he was making a sandwich. Nasty!
