Went inside and ordered, waited almost 30 minutes for food. It wasn't busy inside so I couldn't figure out why it was taking so long. My husband was outside in the truck and watched as drive thru was getting their food very quickly.

Sat in drive thru 30 minutes. Employees said it was only the 2 of them working.
I don’t know what I expected I already knew the food is either overcooked, cold, or wrong at this location but I got all the above in person and delivery.I Did a door dash recently with like 8 items total and they put my heavy burritos and nachos on top my hard shell tacos.

Chalupas were not ready in a timely fashion. No Baja Blast. They asked what sauce we wanted and did not receive it. Very disappointing especially for escalated costs.
