I placed a to-go order. The customer service I received was good. However, the food was prepared in such haste, and it was terrible (including the appearance). I ordered the pumpkin spice waffle with pecans, and bacon. I was given a regular waffle, which irritated me because my taste buds were really looking forward to the pumpkin spice and pecan waffle. I will try never to go to Waffle House when they're busy again.

Horrible service they were short handed, our server was having an off day. The bacon was burnt and cold I had to ask for it and it had been sitting there forever.We were just traveling through so we won't be back, on our next trip through Griffin. The place was also filthy.
