Placing an order via the website is okay. However, when you arrive to pickup your order, there is always a long wait at the window THEN they always have an excuse..not enough help.. had a large order and haven't even begun your order, etc., etc. Waste of time!! Makes you wonder why they spent the time and money remodeling!

Don't even waste your time pulling up or ordering online for delivery. Went there today to eat dinner inside omg first I thought they were closed. I started saying hello no answer then I started to look around and this lady came from the back looking a mess I must say. There k Was one other lady inside. She stated we are pen only fountain drinks we have no ice and if you dining in give me 2 hours soon after we went in a few other parties pulled in. We all left and went to eat Mexican food across the street. We were scared for the food and she said there were. I set prices like where they doing this at. If you don't have enough employees close down

I had ordered two medium pan pizzas and when my husband went to pick it up they just gave us one extra large pizza the guy at the counter commented to my husband oh it's equal to two medium pizzas . My hubby did not think much of it he did not know what I had ordered he was just simply told hey go grab our pizza so he was on sure of the situation of course when he got home I'm like why is there only one pizza and he said that's what they gave us it was late when I ordered so when I called that night nobody answered so the next day when they opened I called asked to speak to the manager she got on the phone she was very rushed and said she had some other stuff going on she would give me a call back in about 20 minutes I never received a call back so about 6:00 I tried calling the store again got the manager on the phone she said she don't remember talking to me I'm pretty sure it was the same one but she says it wasn't did she proceeds to hang up on me I call back two more times just to be hung up on the first time I call back they just put me on hold so I sit on hold for about 15 minutes and I hung up and then I called the customer service number at the corporate office we order from Pizza Hut all the time we have never had bad service or bad Pizza this is not the first incident that we had with this store in Griffin off McIntosh I say if you're in Griffin and have to order go to the one of Zebulon it's definitely worth the extra travel to avoid the frustration of dealing with a store that can't seem to get it together. But why expect anything different when management can't even manage to handle a phone call.

I ordered a dinner box and some wings at 5:25pm this evening and it said my estimated delivery was 5:55pm. At 5:40pm I got a text saying my delivery was on the way. It's now almost 7:45pm and my pizza is still not here. I have spoken with 4 different people and each one says "your driver is on the way. Your pizza should be there in the next 10 minutes or so" - I understand being short staffed but this is UNACCEPTABLE! Nothing has even been offered to remedy the situation, just an insincere "I'm sorry we didn't meet you expectations". This has been the worst pizza delivery experience I've ever had. 0/10 do not recommend.

Walked in this evening to order a pizza to go and waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff in the kitchen. Apparently no one was working the dining area. The two people in the kitchen were aware that I was there. Customer service rule #1 is to let the customer know you will be with them in a minute. Pizza Hut in Griffin, Ga customer service is in the toilet.

I should have remembered I have always said I will never go back to Pizza hut again. At least this time it was clean and the manager was polite. the pizza had the wrong sauce and was disgusting had no taste. There was more crust and there was toppings. They ask you if you want dipping sauce for your wings. I ended up spending $3 the amount of a whole large bottle of ranch the three tiny little cups. At least this time the wings were good they were excellent. The pizza cookie was nice. But cold by the time we got to it after eating the pizza and wings. They had a large sign buying the cashier advertising a special the cashier didn't know they weren't selling that special anymore. No itemized receipt was given to us at checkout when I saw the price on my credit card receipt and flipped out. At $44 for a medium Pizza 12 wings and a personal-sized cookie pizza and three small drinks I was shocked the manager overheard my conversation with my children about needing a itemized receipt so came over and went and got one for us and went over the prices when she realized we were overcharged the cashier came over without invitation and started to get an attitude the manager said don't worry about it to the cashier said she would take care of it it was not a problem to call the cashier down and refunded us the price of the cookie plus discounted are Pizza to the current sales price. Which please me as far as the cost and improve the experience somewhat. But nothing can get the taste of really bad pizza out of your mouth at a place named Pizza hut. Or the thought that we could have ended up paying as much for a lousy pizza lunch for 3 as we could at a more upscale restaurant.

Allow me to explain::: You would think during these trying times that one would relish in the thought of just having a JOB as a sheer blessing....seeing as though so many has lost theirs, or simply can't for what ever reason find one. I've on past occasions have frequented this brick and mortar before with no real issues that I can remember....but CURRENTLY It has become apparent that this ESTABLISHMENT has fallen victim to the "NO ONE WANTS TO WORK SO WE WILL HIRE ANYONE WITH A PULSE" category. I am a VEGETARIAN who every once in a while has a taste for a pizza with very LITTLE CHEESE and LIGHT SAUCE, COOKED WELL DONE....simple request right? I thought so.... Well apparently for this location, it's completely Rocket Science sprinkled in with a side of Trigonometry. I had the displeasure of ordering from them 2 weeks ago. Same request as I just stated...everywhere else, my pizza came out just as I ordered. No frills, and I left happy and content. Well well well my experience, with this joint, was the complete opposite of what I am use to....night and day!! I think the entire bag of cheese was deliberately smothered on it, along with HEAVY doses of the sauce. And lets not forget, soggy and barely cooked dough! Yikes!! perhaps in the world of SIMON SAYS, having a smidgen of sense of humor in this situation, proved to be of great use in order for me not to COMPLETELY lose it!!!!! After mentally noting how I'd never darken their door step I sadly had to be reminded of this catastrophe of a business just today due to a call I received from some VERY esteemed gentlemen friends who unfortunately shared their experience today at the not so esteemed McInstosh location. My previous order request as above mentioned, WAS very short, simple and to the point..... only 3 little things I requested obviously proved to be too much for this pizza in a bag knock off establishment perpetrating a Real company. I truly believe a 5th grader would've been insulted if I had of reiterated the request even more simpler. My 3 colleagues::: again very good friends stated they were in a complete state of disbelief and awe of the total lack of Customer Service, lack of CARING and of SELF RESPECT!! the sheer audacity to purposely open a door and call it a business with automatons running around perpetrating employees. just think....These guys had in the past jokingly conversated about perhaps investing in this PIZZA HUT!!! Lol, wow!!! the IRONY!!!! Whomever is responsible for this building should rue the day they forgot to properly hire a store Manager that leads such a POOR TEAM, NON SKILLFUL COOKS. It's really a shame...This experience has not only left a bad TASTE in our mouths, both actually and figuratively speaking, but will certainly be IMPRINTED in the MINDS of OLD & NEW CUSTOMERS in GRIFFIN & PIZZA lovers in GENERAL. $ 40 waisted on pizza cheese sticks with no cheese only some herbs powder which is so salty we don't eat. Medium supreme again we ask get garlic sauce in crust they give as on side they need work on garlic sauce because is again way to salt and magic salty powder And large cheese stuffed pepperoni pizza again no garlic sauce on pizza only aside and guess what they forgot stuffed with cheese or is so little l can even see or taste and again magic salty magic powder Actually my wife order pizza she asked me to pick up l really did no what she ordered when l get in my car l realize that l was missing Pepsi and half gallon unsweetened tea and garlic sauce Really bad experience

Pull up window is so awesome and convenient. However, it only works well when someone comes to the window. I sat for 10 mins watching employees (plural) walk pass the window several times. Watching them go in and out of the oven that maintains the temp that's right by the window. No one even acknowledged me waiting. Not a "give me a minute I'll be right with you" nothing just continued to wait. Finally I go inside and a young man asks if I was looking for someone? I told him I've been outside at the window waiting for 10 mins but no one has been to the window. Maybe 6 mins after that I finally get my pizza.... the guy that did come to the window was super sweet I do want to add that! They were out of crushed red pepper
