They forgot our pizza and ended up burning it. Brought my parents here who were visiting out of town and was embarrassed by the quality of food and the service. Most of the staff seemed uninterested in providing service and were less than helpful. This is ridiculous especially for the cost. Won’t be coming back.

I’m not the type to find time to leave reviews but this place was BAD. The pizza had great flavor, but we couldn’t eat it. The pizza was covered in black crust from the oven. I mean covered!! Our hands were covered in black crust trying to eat it. There was an employee wearing air pods in their ear while smacking her gum with her mouth wide open while serving people ice cream. There was another young employee wearing long baggie sweat pants looked like she rolled out of bed. The young gentleman behind the counter was eating the ice cream out of the serving containers with one of their sample spoons. Every single table was dirty, almost every single napkin container was completely empty, and NO ONE was in a rush to clean the tables or restock their tables as they were behind the counter having a great time. This was a Sunday afternoon, not busy at all. But one good thing, they served everyone free ice cream! The manager needs to get this place checked ASAP. Or hire a new manager. Gross

This was my second time having a great experience at this location. There are a bunch of young people that have great customer service and really make the experience so much better. The food is amazing and both times my wife and I were met with of the friendly customers That enhance the experience. I highly recommend you go there if you like pizza.

My kids love this place as do I. Personal pizzas assembled in front of you subway style, that's what my kids like about it. The staff is always friendly, and the dining room clean.Kid-friendliness: Kid size pizzas. They give them dough to "play" with while pizza is in the oven. Food comes fast, which is important with figity anxious hungry kids waiting

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! So I found out about YourPie in Fayetteville Ga and fell IN LOVE!! The customer service was impeccable and the pizza was absolutely perfect and delicious! I was so excited that me and my client kept driving all the way back to Fayetteville every week to get the same amazing customer service plus the to die for pizza that was always crispy and cooked to perfection. Well come to find out, there is a Your Pie in Griffin!! Like how did I not ever know this? My friend said she knew the owners and that they didn't get a lot of traffic for some reason. Boy do I know why now!! We went there and the customer service was immediately off. We were not welcomed even when standing directly in front of them while waiting on them to speak. They finished what they were doing w all the doe and then said what can we get you? So it felt rude 1. 2., the pizza came out like a wet, soggy, disgusting mess! They were generous w the toppings i will give them that but oh it was so disgusting I thought I was never gonna be able to eat pizza again. You could not pick the pieces up, it was doey and still wet. I asked them to put it back in the oven and they threw it in there w the paper still on the bottom so it cooked into the pizza. I tried to give them advice and tell them that Fayetteville usually leaves there's in a lot longer but he DID NOT want to accept ANY correction whatsoever when if I was the owner, I would of have given Fayetteville a phone call and ask them what is your oven set on and how long do y'all leave y'all's in there. He said my pizza was like that bc I ordered the cauliflower crust. So why serve that kind of crust when it doesn't cook? Fayetteville cooks there's perfectly and I always order the cauliflower crust and they load it down for me. The PICTURE at the bottom of this is FAYETTEVILLE's PIZZA and how it SHOULD be done! I'm hoping that these people can take notes and learn from a successful branch or they WILL go out of business or get new ownership. It's just a shame bc Griffin doesn't have much. But trust me, it's worth the drive to Fayetteville & me and my client need something to do anyways. Hope y'all see this and give Fayetteville a call!

Women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting with a huge grimy ring around the inside of the toilet from where they haven’t cleaned it and God knows how long. A few dead bugs in the corner with several spiderwebs. Waited about 10 minutes for an Uber eats order, so I asked one of the young men how much longer.. I guess they “forgot” to relay the message to me that one of the employees accidentally messed up the order and was going to remake it. They said it would be an additional 15/20 minute wait. They need to get a grip on this place

First time eating here and am ready to come back. I ordered a 14' build your own and it was delicioso. I do wish they had wheat or cauliflower crust in this size but only time will tell. I loved how they weren't stingy with the sauce nor toppings ( no extra charges). I ate inside and they brought me my food. I had a Great first time. Staff was nice. Establishment was cleaned. And i loved how he made sure to Change gloves when prepping my order. Can't wait to try the pasta next. I have to bring my husband here so we can try it. Im from Florida and they better than Blaze Pizza iykyk.

My fiancé and I went here on 4/15/23 and enjoyed the pizza but the service was horrible. The four guys that were there had absolutely not customer service skills and I had to ask to be served.

I came back to this location for a free pizza because a few days before I had picked up take out and it was raw dough in middle and wrong toppings. After two attempts eating in house and them supposedly following a list they still couldn't get the pizza correct. I have allergies (gluten and dairy free)so it was done in the back. I have eaten at 2 other locations, PTC and Lagrange, both of those locations were delicious no issues. This store personal needs training on how to follow a list of ingredients and how to tell the pizzas done. The 2 hrs we were there they only had 3 other groups of customers on a Friday. I see why.
