The food is excellent but check your Togo order before leaving the building. I was missing a few things that I paid extra for and was a little disappointed. I will be more diligent next time I get my togo order.

Everything was very flavorful. Catfish was crispy and a good portion, fried green tomatoes (which are very important to me) were so tasty, perfectly seasoned, juicy, tangy and crispy. Gumbo has the perfect amount of heat, quite good! Exactly what I've been looking for in the CSRA, well done Big T's!!!!

Have always had a great experience, dining in or picking up. They know how to prepare seafood and never disappoint. The shrimp and grits is delightful and unpretentious - it's straightforward, without all the extra frou-frou other restaurants seem to think should be added in. The shrimp are always tender, never overcooked, and the grits are creamy and medium textured as grits should be. All of their fried fish are delicately breaded with good, fresh flavor and texture. Their sides are spot on. Orders are delivered quickly from the kitchen. The dining room reminds me of all the best little local seafood joints I remember from my younger years living on the coast - small, clean, a few tables, large windows, and comfortable. Nice spot for casual dining.

Been looking for a good seafood spot for awhile and kept passing here and hearing good things so we finally tried it for ourselves. The inside is very spacious and can accommodate various party sizes. The menu is your standard seafood variety with the crab boil being the highlight so that had to ordered. Honestly the prices were more than they should be for the portion size so I didn't even get a main course and got the fried pickles which were delicious. 2 entrees and an app with 3 drinks almost put me in triple digits, so for as good as it was I will try another spot to compare before making a second stop. Food is fantastic though, don't get me wrong...Still worth trying if you are in the area though!

Portion didn't compensate for the price.

I ordered the Big T's platter with flounder and shrimp. The flounder was crispy even after 15 min ride home the shrimp not so much, but still delicious. The portion size was amazing for the price. The hushpuppies were also good. If you're a fan of homemade tarter you won't enjoy theirs, it was different but still good.

Great service and food. David is very mannerable and consistent. We received our food in a timely manner and he consistently checked on us for refills and any other needs. Our to-go orders were cooked and ready as we were finishing up dinner. The catfish and shrimp dinner was delicious. I had never had deep fried corn on the cob, but OMG! You have to try it. I ordered a low country boil to go for the next day's lunch...let's just say it did not disappoint! Immaculately seasoned and not too much salt, unlike other's that I have had in the Augusta area. I will definitely be returning SOON--My new go-to for freshly cooked seafood!!!!

I have had fish, shrimp, low country boils, and slices of cake from here. The food is good. I like to get the fried Jumbo shrimp dinner. I like the low country boil, but I've had better. The owners wife bakes the cakes, and she knows what she's doing. She often has red velvet, key lime cake, and my favorite her maple pecan cake. The service is good, friendly people.Parking: Limited parking close to the front door but usually not a problem.

Barbeque sandwich is new. It’s excellent! Go try it! Everything I’ve eaten here has been excellent. The fish is perfectly seasoned and hush puppies golden brown. Definitely worth a visit because you will want to come back and eat again!

This seafood restaurant is WAY overpriced! I ordered a tilapia and shrimp dinner with coleslaw and a corn niblet and a bream dinner with fried okra and a corn niblet for $48! Substitutions are allowed but there is an additional upchargeof $2.00 per item…….really?! Just last year my husband and I were able to get this same order for $35. A 40% increase! If you do not access your prices, you are going to run yourself out of business. Let’s face it, this place isn’t even close to fine dining! I am extremely disappointed!!!

I ordered a fish plate, the fish was seasoned and breaded really good. The fried green tomatoes were soggy, mostly breading and the sauce was awful. I paid $10 for the seafood gumbo which you can see below, it had not one piece of seafood in it and exactly one slice of sausage. I didn’t look appetizing and it was not that great obviously. This was my first visit , I think I would go back for the fish , also the tartar sauce tasted like cocktail sauce which I could not understand
