If I had the option to leave zero stars I would.We Visited this location this morning a steak and cheese biscuit meal and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit instead of receiving the correct order we received two steak biscuits. We didn’t notice the mess up until we got home however couldn’t go back to the location because we didn’t have a receipt on top of all that I had to wait 10 minutes because they said they were working on the bacon egg and cheese Biscuit. When I got home I took a bite of the Borounds and it tasted like it’s been sitting there for days.

This is hands down the worse Bojangles in the CSRA. THEY NEVER HAVE CHICKEN COOKED AND DONT TRY TO ACCOMDATE CUSTOMERS. THEY CLOSE AT 10pm AND AT AROUND 6 OR 7 IN THE EVENING AFTER WORK THEY SAY THEY ARE OUT OF CERTAIN PIECES OF CHICKEN SMH...WELL COOK THEM!!!! U DONT CLOSE FOR MORE 2 HRS SMH. RIDICULOUS!!! THIS HAS HAPPEND 3 DAYS IN A ROW. I WENT BACK JUST TO SEE IF THIS IS SOMETHING THEY DO EVERYDAY

So I don't know the employee's name but I can tell you she didn't care about organizing the order that was requested It seems like attitude was getting worse and dismissive. 15-20 wait on leg and thighs I mean dang I get it if you're short staff but lesson learned no longer going to Bojangles in Grove

Staff are poorly trained. Whoever the managers are needs to learn how to train their young staff and it be some girl's with they're long nails and hair with no hair nets that be handing the food out. Orders take forever and some days they don't have chicken. Like, they can say, " We don't have dark meat or we don't have white meat". LIke what? Why are you even open then?

I don't why half the staff had on head wear the other half did not, are the staff required to wear gloves when handling food? I stood there for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, the manager walked past me didn't say anything. I think everyone hair needs to be up when working around

Each time I've gone to this location to get food, it's ALWAYS a 10 minute wait on chicken. It seems to me that either there is a lack of time management or a lack of managing of keeping a supply of chicken available when there is an order at the drive-thru.What Im most upset about is that customers should not have to always wait for chicken to be available everytime they stop at this location.

Employees are VERY RUDE I came on Oct 17th around 10:30am it wasn’t busy nobody was in line in front of me and their microphone was messed up to begin with I just asked the girl what size she made my meal she says regular and has the nastiest attitude after that I just wanted to leave. I was wanting a large for the drink being as there were 2 people in the car but the girl was rude for no reason and made a nasty face. When we get home our chicken sandwich is spicy not regular. I never asked for spicy. Y’all need to fix y’all’s attitudes. I’m not the only one with the same experience at this location many other people have said they’ve had the same issues.

Food here is a hit or miss. I ordered the two piece dinner with Mac and green beans. Mac wasn't fresh and the green beans had a funny taste. The chicken was salty and the biscuit wasn't cooked all the way and was doughy.

I ordered the chicken sandwich BLT. The menu says it is only $1.50 more than the regular sandwich. It was almost $2 more.Then there were no pickles and barely any mayo. I was disappointed to say the least.
