I ordered the New York steamer which is my go to . I ordered it on gluten free which states it only comes in a medium size.. which what I wanted. When it came out it was clearly 3 inches smaller than my wife’s medium on white. I asked for it on wheat and the guy gladly fixed it for me. But the meat is the same amount as what was on the tiny sub I had before. Now no one told me the medium in gluten is that much smaller than a normal medium. I paid two dollars more for gluten free and didn’t get refunded. The amount of meat was terrible as they did t remake my sandwich with new meat to fit the medium bread.. do t think I’m coming back.. it just wasn’t worth 25 for two medium sandwiches. Do better!

2024-02: I've ordered from here many times and have generally liked it. I've noticed a difference between going in person and ordering via a third party delivery service (as in, not all the same options are available through the third party services, the amount of toppings can be less if using a third party. But overall, I've never had any major issues.

I wish I could put a zero star. This was our third and last visit to this firehouse this year where the service was awful and the food was not good either. Today 12-17 at 630 pm they had no ice? No pickles? And no tea?! We of course weren't told until after we paid for our food. Our sandwich was wrong yet again even though there were only a few people present (I now know why.). The manager could've cared less and would not give me her managers name or number. And the cashier was on her cell phone the whole time. No wonder no one is hardly ever there and I won't be back either. Please pull the video if the general manager or owner actually cares about their business and reads these reviews. I'm in the green sweatshirt. Then they can see how many people like me were disappointed and had to keep coming back up to the counter to ask for service and supplies that weren't available. Oh no soap in men's bathroom and chips almost out too!?!

So be very careful with online ordering! It attempted to charge my card 5 times. Thankfully my bank caught it and denied (all but once) . Then when I went to pick up the food they had moved the pick up bench so I didn't notice it. I waited until I finally haf to get one of the workers attention to ask about the order. They ignored me till I actually spoke to them. Then make sure to check the food because online app did not allow you yo chose any type of bread but white so I called after placing yhe order to have it changed to wheat. The assured me it was no problem and changed it. They did not. I also haf made additions to the order and none was done.

We go here all the time. The food is usually great, but this time not so much. We tried the new meatball w/pepperoni sub. It was supposed to come with extra provolone and garlic butter bread. Well I guess they decided we didn't need those on our sub. Also I made sure to tell the cashier to be sure to include the pickle spears in the subs. 4 of them had one, but mine was forgotten.
We love going to this Firehouse because the food is always delicious and the employees are always very friendly and helpful! Awesome location

I ordered a sandwich with specific ingredients left off and when I got where I was going and tried to eat it I discovered they made it the way it was on the menu. Couldn't take the mustard off the soggy bread or add the extra lettuce. Won't be going back to this location.

Service was not the greatest, but if you order online and pickup the food it's a lot better. I only waited a few minutes and my order was complete. If you order at the counter it can be hit or miss depending on what time you arrive. As always the food is amazing, it speaks for itself, service could use a little work.

Very disappointed in customer service and my sandwich. It's very sad that business owners allow people with attitudes and unfriendly work for them. aThe girl and other staff members was not friendly at all. Only had meat on one of my sandwich and it didn't have everything I ask for.
