The last three times I ordered through drive thru our orders have been wrong. Even though they repeated the order back and I confirmed it. I guess from now on I will take every item out of the bag and check prior to leaving the pick up window.
We’ve been going through here for the last three years or so since it’s the closest to our home, and literally without fail, they miss things from our order. Of course we would find out right after sitting at the dinner table, where driving back out into traffic to get it would just not be worth it. We’d get charged for what we didn’t receive and we’ve let things slide for way too long, but seriously. Why is there no quality control? I get that you get busy. once or twice we’d understand. But every single time we come through? We’ve learned to park right after receiving our to go order and go through every single meal to make sure everything is right, and we’ve always had to pull back around to let them know what they forgot.Another note I’d like to make is don’t bother ordering through the mobile app in hopes of it being ready by the time you arrive. They will have you park at the designated curbside pick up parking but will forget that you’re there that you’d have to walk inside the store. Even when you do, they don’t seem to see you there. you have to fight to get someone’s attention. You are blatantly ignored and when you finally manage to get ahold of someone, it’s like the first time they’re hearing about your mobile order you put in an hour ago.

I was ignored when I walked in by the girl supposedly working the counter, who had to be told by her co-worker at the window to help me. I gave my name for an online order pickup - but had to tell her 3 times. Finally, her manager walked up and asked what I needed and handed me my food. The first girl walked away in a daze , not accomplishing anything. IDK? Was she on something??

I ordered the $20 Fill-up box. It was pretty good except my nuggets were kinda hard. I was a little disappointed about that.
Check your order if you happen to pick up food. 3 times we've done it and 3 times it's been wrong or something was left out. This last time was the last time for sure. Had to go back in twice before we got all the order. Go to eat at home and it's the wrong chicken.
Waited for 40 minutes for a meal, only 5 people were inside ordering food. Finally got the food and the order was wrong, staff were not helpful and had no idea what they were doing.
