I bypass 2 other McDonald's to get to this one. I stopped in on Sunday for a med mocha frappe w/ 2 espresso shots. I payed and waited only for them to tell me the espresso machine is down. Cool no problem. Mon the same thing. The manager Carson told me to come back Tues and he would promo it. Went Tues same thing but I was told come back Wed I promise to have the machine cleaned and ready and I'll promo it still. Today is Wed and guess what? The same thing. I'm officially pissed!!!

I fell in this stupid place today because they didn't have any mats at the door to catch water from rain! Jerk GM Orlando didn't even ask if I was okay! Love to yell, "we had a wet floor sign up. "...smh because that doesn't excuse you from being liable, ma'am/sir! Better hope that my hand is not fractured!
There is an obvious disconnect between what the cashier sees and what the kitchen sees. Let me start by saying employees are nice, and respectful every time. However my order is ALWAYS wrong. If I order a big breakfast with hotcakes, they forget the hashbrowns. If I order 3 sausage egg and cheese biscuit meals, they forget the cheese and the hashbrowns! I get it that mistakes happen, but it's literally EVERY SINGLE TIME!
