Poor customer service, extremely long wait times in drive-thru, and just overall inefficient. Over and over again. I just went through the drive thru and waited forever before I was even acknowledged. After screaming “Is anyone there?”, someone answered but allowed me to wait even longer before my order was taken. I then ordered an 8 piece chicken box. After waiting forever again, I received one wing, 1 leg and the rest breast and thigh. The box was so huge I thought I received the wrong order. And to top it all off, they did not put biscuits in the box. There was a ton of honey though. If you are going to have someone wait that long, at least get the order right. The thing is I wanted wings (not wingettes). They would not let me order just a wing box , so I got an 8 piece anticipating at least 2 wings. Wishful thinking. I have given up on Popeyes in Grovetown!

Omg this place is the best Popeyes in my area. My sandwiches were awesome except they forgot my cheese. I got free 6 pc wings with purchase of $10. You have to try there wings. The flavor i got was honey lemon pepper it was a perfect balance of lemon a and pepper with a added sweetness of honey. Have to try them.
The absolute SLOWEST Popeyes I've ever experienced.... in my LIFE. And they sound like they struuuuggling in this kitchen ..

Pulled up in drive thru and sat for 5 minutes as no one came on speaker. Pulled up behind car at window and waited another 5 minutes as no one served that car. Parked and went in and stood at counter for 5 minutes and no one offered to serve me. Left angry with no food. Im really disappointed as I used to love Popeyes and this restaurant is at the entrance to my neighborhood.... I have been patient hoping it was just opening and growing pains, but it doesn't get any better.

A disgrace of a restaurant. Management needs to be fired, as well as all the employees. Please do not support this business because you will regret it. I can’t decide which is poorer, the attitudes from staff or the food they serve you. Please read these reviews. Don’t tell yourself that this is just people being upset about something that didn’t go their way. Food is costly these days and to “have to accept” that this is just the new standard, is why food service has gone down hill! You’ve been warned!

This is probably the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The wait times are ridiculous just for cold chicken, the attitudes from the employees and mangers. Unless you want to wait for 45 minutes - 1 hour just before you can even order I would not recommend If I could give ZERO stars I would Bad management and unprofessional customer service all Around!!
Whoever does the hiring process for this location needs to adopt Chick-fil-A standards. They take forever and the managers have no control over staff. I was the second car in line and waited 45 mins just to pay and 15 more minutes to receive my food. Staff was all just standing around waiting and hoping that the next person would actually do some work.

Please listen to the reviews. Only come if you have a really long time to wait. I keep coming, thinking maybe they might not be that long this time, just to wait 20 minutes for a plain chicken sandwich and apple pies. The food is generally warm when it finally comes out...This time was no difference. I actually had the wrong food given to me, then waited another 15 minutes.It's a mess up there. The employees continuously go to the bathroom. I'm not sure what's going on there. Some have gloves on, and some don't. I watched one guy go to the bathroom with gloves on to come out with gloves on. I have a suspension it was the same gloves as he went back to the kitchen to work.I hate putting reviews like this up, but someone needs to take control of that situation. I'm sure I'll go back though. Glutton for punishment...
