Me and my husband, ate here for the first time and I will say it was the freshest steak and shrimp with vegetables I’ve ever had from a takeout hibachi place! Wasn’t greasy at all, and tasted VERY fresh! The steak and shrimp were very tender, well seasoned, and well cooked! HIGHLY recommend! You could taste the freshness from the broccoli, but had absolutely no seasoning. The fried rice was very bland and dulled the whole dish, but overall worth it! We would eat here again!
Located right off I20 interstate walking ?♂️ distance from the Hotel to $$, my order was not worth the $$$ ended up in trashParking: Open parking lot

Long wait for order. Counter girl was coughing continuously into her sleeve no mask and back and forth handling food and money without once washing hands. There’s no seasoning to food wasn’t offered ketchup for fries or napkins. Basically no extra service beyond getting cash or swiping your card

Doordash ordered for delivery. Hibachi teriyaki chicken, shrimp. Everything was amazing!! Had veggies too, though the green peppers were odd, but they were great too! Not often to find delivery food of this quality, keep up the hard work Tokyo express!
Food was great, got the chicken wings and the steak hibachi. Everyone who works here was nice and the service was good. We had to wait a bit for our food, but there was like 6 people in front of us and this isn't fast food. We ate there, and it was pleasant.

When you decide to go to a restaurant, it shouldn’t be a game of Russian roulette especially when you are spending your money with the business. I shouldn’t have to get home and my rice is hard as little pebbles! Inedible! No flavor to the rice what so ever!!! And there was a lot of rice!! But not enough meat!!! There was no vegetables!!! A total waste of my valuable time and money! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and wouldn’t go back!

Decent hibachi Express but TERRIBLE service. Girl who took my order on the phone didn't ask for a name or phone number, told me she didn't need one when I asked. The wait for my food took 45 mins longer than the 10-15 she told me on the phone. Disorganized and poor service.

They charge you a dollar extra if you ask for no onion in your veggies, because it's requires more "work" to dig them out before

Food was good. But, the service was sloooow and unorganized! They don't believe in writing the name of the food on the outside of the containers so I watched one plate opened 10-15 times letting out heat each time to see what was inside! And they kept doing that with ALL the plates! Trying to stack them according to the tickets which seemed to be hard to read (as many times I saw her read the same ticket over and over again!) And then one of them kept digging into her scalp, rubbed her hand over her face and went straight to handling the food containers again! I tried not to look. So unsanitary. Better management and training would greatly improve business.
