If you want less than what you paid for, the Grovetown wingstop is the place to go. I ordered ten wings and got nine. This is the second time it has happened. I visited this store only once before and at the time could not remember what issue I had previously. Anyway, the manager would not speak to me and instead spoke though the worker who answered the phone. Management stated that I would have to bring the food back. I don't have time for that. All I wanted was an apology and assurance it would not happen again. A $1 off coupon would have been nice, too but whatever. The food was good, but I will not be returning to Grovetown wingstop.

We made a large order (over 100 dollars) and had it delivered by DoorDash. We received less than 1/2 the order (60 wings, 2 large fries and no condiments). We were told that the driver left without half the order and we could drive over and pick it up if we wanted it. Knowing the food would be cold the manager offered to redo the order. When we arrived it felt like we were dealing with monkeys in a box and they said the manager didn't leave the instructions we were told. Last time dealing with the franchisee.

Had an issue with my order, However I contacted the Wingstop on Lewiston Rd in Grovetown Georgia and spoke with the manager Daniel/Danny. He immediately apologized, he was super kind and provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to correct the issue and provided us with some delicious, fresh, juicy tender wings and even gave us extras, me being a Customer Service Manager, he definitely exceeded the expectations. Thank you kindly Sir.

I normally don’t do this but I am today. I went to Wingstop last night. I stood there in the walk in side for about about 15 minutes waiting to place my order. Not one person came and asked, “May I help you,” or “May I take your order.” I understand that there were call in orders and online orders but at least acknowledge your walk in customers as well.
