I called and ordered 2 supreme personal size pan pizzas. One with light cheese. When I arrived, I asked the employee which one was light cheese. He said he didn't know, but he offered to make it. I told him I can't wait. I'm not sure if the representative conveyed this to the baker.

Waiting 2 hours for my pizza and it never came. Long hold times on the phone, poor customer service, I was told my order was on the way after an hour and a half, 30 minutes later they said they couldn’t find my order in the system. I don’t recommend ordering delivery from here. Marcos and Papa John’s in the area can get a little mundane after a while but at least the food arrives quickly.

I love Pizza Hut but I don't see spending $22 or $24 for one single pizza the stuffed crust pizza prices have gotten ridiculous and I just don't know if they are worth that price honestly. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza and I don't want to start getting my pizza from different places so I wish they would come back down to reasonable prices

I ordered the 3 large and 16 wings 2 hand tossed and one pan spent about 50 dollars received my on time one pizza look dry and overcooked they all looked like thin crustI called the store didn’t pick up but I spoken with someone from the center they wanted to credit my account or re send what I ordered I didn’t want a credit at that point I wanted money back!!! Received the pizza and it was the SAME….. problem only 1 out of 2 was right I’m not sure if they had someone training be they the crust was still not right! Smh I highly disappointed not satisfied and pissed ? no refund and unsatisfied pizza a complete waste of money and time!

Had it delivered to my home 3 min away... It was luke warm (tepid). A ton of unwanted cheese on it, not cut at all.. Had to use my own pizza cutter. In a nut shell a big pile of luke warm slop.Mngr was nice corrected the mistake. However damage was done..

The manager then got up and came to the register, but didn't say anything, so I just looked and said hello again, and his reply was "wassup".Got my food and the pepperoni didn't really have any cheese on it. Seemed to have an attitude because I asked could it be made over. They did make it over but just added more SAUCE and still no cheese. I will never come back to this location. Their attitudes suck and does not belong in customer service.

I didn't think to even check the pizza before I left, that's my fault, but, when I got it home it looked like it had double cheese on it! My son was very disappointed because he wasn't able to eat it...

Paid for extra cheese and did not receive the extra chees on two medium pizzas. Pizzas were overcooked and hard. Cheesesticks were hard as well and overcooked. Food was room temperature when it arrived. Cookie was fine and timing of delivery was satisfactory. Overall, disappointing experience at this location.

Update: the refund never came. I had to dispute it with my bank. DO NOT GO HERE!This place is a scam. Food never came. I just called to follow up and the guy tells me “I can’t do anything about how far you live. You chose delivery.” Keep in mind the delivery fee and tip has already been paid. I live 6 mins from the store and I called to follow up an hour after the tracker said it was on the way. I told the “manager “ that was a dumb response. Of course he hung up. My wife called back 10 mins later and the guy is now telling us he canceled the order after first telling us it was on the way. We were so relieved that I was getting a refund we just said thank you and goodnight. I don’t believe it was ever on the way but if it was we don’t want cold pizza.
