Zaxby's food is always very good, but the additional service at this one is exceptional. I had dined in because I was waiting for an order to be prepared at the grocery store behind it and a young man working both the counter and dining room was rotating among diners every 5 minutes or so, checking on needs and offering to get refills.
I was about to give up on Zaxby's due to disappointment with recent food experiences at various locations. I tried this newly opened restaurant and am super pleased with the experience. The Zalad was delicious, the service excellent and a clean and pleasant experience. Thank
