For the life of me these employees never follow directions of the order. I get the same thing every time and it's a problem every time!!! I love chic fil a and I try to excise them and give them a pass but this is ridiculous to keep paying for food service and it sucks. I asked for no salsa and they give me salsa and put no cheese. I ask forcream and sugar on the side and they put it in my coffee. I ask for extra ice and get no ice. And when you go inside to ask for the correct items they give you attitude ?

I had high expectations customer service was very poor i sat down and had no one said a word to me till 10 mins later and thats because i had asked my waitress can i order now she said she saw me already why didnt you say anything letting me know that you are getting to me or something rather then just having me sit there.

Update: Very unfortunately you can’t do normal curbside app orders here anymore (it was only for while they were rebuilding Dwarf House). I wish you could as there is no curbside at the new Dwarf House.===Can’t wait to pick up my mobile orders here starting tomorrow! ?

Victor is amazing he is the Catering director and he was so accommodating. We realized last minute that the operation was so bad our team would not be able to be gone for long periods of time and we reached out to him and his team and in less that 2 hours our team of more than 60 people were eating good! He even said to call him back if there were any issues. We order often but this is the first time it was so last minute and we still received exceptional service! Thank you!

For more than 30 years I have loved this place for the food, atmosphere, and service. When I travel I look for CHICK-FIL-A on Purpose. Rest rooms Always clean. All the years eating here I just discovered they serve hamburgers. Just noticed it on the menu. The chicken sandwich ? and other stuff is so good I never thought ? hamburger ? Maybe next time ?Kid-friendliness: Kids playground is big.

Visiting from out town but I’m an Atlanta native. My very first job was at Chick-Fil-A; the interaction I had last night was rather disappointing.In the drive through, the young man made eye contact twice while taking my order. After stating the meals I wanted, he paused for a few seconds then continued, “So like, any sauces, what do ’ya want to drink?” I answered his question(s) and pulled around. Furthermore, he didn’t pay enough attention to even get the right color of my vehicle. Yes, this occurred when it was dark out, but under the lights, grey and brown are noticeably different I don’t know for sure but my assumption is that his attention was directed at his phone — and not his job

They were fast with the order, but the fries weren't done. I still give it five stars because the customer service was stellar. All 50 orders were filled in within a short time frame.

This location is by far THE WORST I've ever experienced in all the years I've eaten at Chic Fil A. To start, the food quality is ridiculous. EVERYTIME I go, my fries are burned and taste like old grease. Nuggets are always hard and contain nothing a bunch of hard crumbs. I honestly think they use and reuse the same cooking oil for days... even weeks at a time. Nothing ever tastes fresh. Always oily/greasy and extremely hard.Now onto the employees. I realize finding good workers is a task in itself. But a lot of these employee are downright rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills whatsoever. Most are unknowledgeable of the menu. Everyone is frazzled and in a rush; which I understand. However, it is to the point where they are making tons of careless mistakes and getting simple orders completely wrong.Some "manager" [I forgot her name]...tall, mid to late 30's working the expo line on Friday May 13th, 2022 approximately 6:45pm was the worst. My order was disgusting [as described above]...I requested to speak with a manager and she comes over and addresses me with an objectionable "YES"... with an accompanying look of disgust and irritation on her face. She refunded my money... but no apology. No attempt at service recovery. Just flat out rude. I got my receipt and left. At this point I couldn't expect anything more than what had already been displayed by this woman... which was simply rudeness and unprofessionalism. Especially for Chic Fil A. Especially for a "manager."The building is nice. Visually appealing. But this location is in dire need of new staff and basic customer service training. I don't understand why people apply to work at fast food places and then get the job and have an attitude. QUIT. Find work elsewhere. This Chic Fil A is not worth the wait.

Waited 30 minutes in line for a mobile order. They were not outside delivering food and no one moved with any since of urgency. I was highly disappointed. I even heard one of the employees say “we is not gone move no faster”. When we finally got to the window they still did not have my order ready.
