This location has come a long way. Most of the posts from last year were accurate however they have hired more people and as a customer that comes pretty much each day for a coffee and donut, I am greeted warmly and I am usually in and out in less than five minutes depending on how many cars in front of me. It's nice to see things are getting better,I work for the major airline in the area and I need to be in and out quickly.

SERVICCEEEEE HORRIBLE.!!!! THE MANANGER IS RUDE AND THE EMPLOYEES DONT MAKE IT ANY BETTER. I WAITED AS THEY REBOOTED THE REGISTER THAT WAS "BROKEN" BUT IT SEEMS THAT THE TWO GIRLS WHO WERE WORKING THE FRONT HAD A BATTLE ABOUT WHO WAS GOING TO TAKE THE ORDER. LEAVING ME THERE LOOKING CRAZY WITH NO ORDER! AND THE MANAGER JUST LOOKED AT US ALL LIKE SHE DIDNT GIVE A DAMN SMH!!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service. I went through the drive thru on a very busy morning to purchase warm milk for my small child and decided I should also get a tea for myself. It took at least 10 minutes and the line was out the parking lot. After I paid the person at the window they asked me to drive around and wait for my order. I found this strange as it was only warm milk and tea. After waiting another 5 minutes the person came out to my car and states she is not allowed to sell warm milk. I was completely perplexed because I had already paid. When I asked her to repeat what she was saying she said the owner would not allow her to bring out the milk. The audacity to take someone’s money and then refuse service, made it worth my time to go into the store and talk to this individual with my child in hand. The worker was absolutely right. I told the owner I did not want to understand or debate why he would not sell me milk while I have a small child with me waiting for it, I just needed a refund and would never come there again. This man argued with me for another 3 minutes before giving me the refund. This was in front of my child and a store full of people all waiting to be served. I almost just walked away because it was not a big purchase but the principal of the matter made me demand the refund. You can’t take peoples money and then decide you don’t want to sell them what they have already paid for. Terrible customer service. They are likely busy because of the lack of competition in the area.
