Take Out Experience Horrible!!!!The manager Maria was rude and very non sympathetic. Only wanted to refund me for a watery OJ. It literally look like water when you open the lid that was taped down at first. Then did not want to remake my food. Because it was cold and told me well you know it’s cold if you took the food with you. I was very confused. It’s cold because I paid cash and had to drive 20 min backwards for a refund. As I was being very polite she seem aggressive and did not want to remake food just a refund. She did not offer any type of customer service just a oh well you came you bought it you came back and oh well find another place to eat. Very rude. Now an hour out of my time has been wasted and I am still with no food is insane. I wouldn’t dare return back.

This location was the first one that I went to when I first came to Georgia. I have always loved this one. We moved a few cities over from this Forest Park location and recently started going back to this one. We started going to the Fayetteville location after our move. It gets so crowded, so we said let's try the FP location again. We were not disappointed, service is impeccable, we were able to get seated right away. My omelet was delicious!I must say again, the service was IMPECCABLE! We will start being regulars again at the Forest Park location.

We got a great table and good service. We ordered a chicken quesadilla appetizer. It had onions in it, which we ordered no onions. So they had to remake it, and we weren't able to eat it there but we did have it boxed up so that we can take it home it was really good. breakfast was nice, this is my favorite IHOP we are regular guests at the hapeville IHOP. The food never disappoints. They also have some new menu items that I can't wait to try!

I oder the plant base breakfast quite often. Each time, I am charged 99 cent for egg white, when it is clearly stated that egg whites comes with the meal.

Manager that works everyday is very rude and disrespectful the only older lady that is at the register.. Talks down on her employees… makes ihop look very bad…I tried to make an order and she called the authorities … The authorities said report it.. she does every one like this!!!

Used this a couple of times while staying at the Kimpton across the street . Incredibly extensive menu, food well prepared and cost very reasonable. Just lets itself down with messy tables that could be cleared earlier and serving tables with plastic cutlery (???) meaning you have to ask for metal ones. Minor things that just stop it being a five star review

25/7 I Hop closed the lobby/ dine in for patrons at9:30 pm . Several other customers were eating in. I felt disappointed and discrimination. No hours posted just a made up paper sign taped to the door. Called and talked to a manager said she had other complaints expressing same issue and that she would speak to a general manager. I didn't bother ordering to go just to have to take food home to reheat the order or try to eat it while it was still warm enough in the car in the dark outside in their parking lot?????
