Customer Service is piss poor. If you order online then your sandwich might not be prepared correctly. If you can order from another Jimmy Johns I would suggest you do that.

Went there this evening, and they were closed Fifteen minutes early due to no bread. For an establishment that bakes bread daily this was disappointing. The manager on duty lied about her name and thought I wouldn't know. This is unacceptable, I will visit a different location.

1 star for being a complete waste of time. For a company that prides itself in fast (and quality) delivery, this is the 3rd and final time I will give this location my business, or I guess try to. Spent the time to build and customize my order for delivery to the hotel I was staying in. After placing the order I get a call a few minutes later saying they don’t have a delivery driver, like at all, period. You would think they would shut the delivery option off in the app if they know they aren’t capable of delivering their product. Waste of time, never again.

I can never complain about Jimmy Johns, but unfortunately the Jimmy Johns in Hapeville Ga is by far the worst Jimmy Johns out. Every time I order, they find some way to mess it up. I will no longer order from them, and I will make sure my fellow employees stop purchasing theirlunch from there also.

This is my second time ordering from this location. The first experience I chalked up to a bad day. The chick with the short blonde cut and probably the entire staff need a lesson in the basics of customer service. No one acknowledged me when I entered. I selected curbside they didn't bring it out nor did they answer the phone. When I asked about my drink did nodded towards the cups while never looking up from her cell phone. This was my last attempt to order anything from this location.

The staff is rude they act like coming in and ordering is a bother. Woman with the short blond hair was very rude I didn’t even want anything. The point of that big menu is to look at and see what you may want. People do not want to come into a store and being made to feel they are annoying the employees. My job also would order from here and I am making it a goal to not have any money spent with this location.

Went in there soon as I walked in one lady yelled hello and got upset that I did not instantly know what I wanted. I walked out I would not come back and my job orders from here all the time I will tell them to go somewhere else. Several times they have been unprofessional but this time it was extra. I know nothing will happen but if others read this prices are too high to have to deal with ghetto behavior from a sandwich shop.

Unreal... second time I have ordered food for delivery and they don't have delivery drivers. You should edit your listing on Yelp so that people don't think you actually deliver.However, the employee that called me to tell me that they can't deliver was really great. Processed the refund fast and was professional even though that was a hard call to make.
