This is the worst Marco’s in Atlanta. Food is never ready on time. Supervisor sat outside while 3 customers waited at counter.Music is so loud in lobby you can’t even hear what they say. Ordered 1 pizza online an hour before pick up. They didn’t even start pizza until I walked in. If they didn’t already have my money, I would have left.Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I called to try to place an order, I was on the phone for atleast 30 minutes, still on the phone while I was driving there. Even when I got there, I was still on hold so when I got to the counter, I asked the lady who claimed to be the manager, are they not accepting orders over the phone… she told me yes but since she had 2 call outs, she haven’t been able to answer.. no problem, I ordered my food which was 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni and 15 piece buffalo wings at 8:28p, since it was cold outside, I decided to sit in the dining area to wait for my food.. She told me that it’ll be 15-20 minutes.. Also, nobody was there except her grand children… They got their food and left, atleast 5-6 people came in and got their orders and I kept asking when will my food be done, she kept saying, ‘she got me, it’s coming out now’.. after waiting for 55 minutes I called another Marcos pizza to see if I get someone to take my order there, they immediately answered! At that point, I was so upset that I didn’t go there first. While I’m on the phone with the other location, I’m walking towards the counter, waiting in line again, about to ask for a refund, this is she says it’s ready smh me and my children were tired of waiting so I just took the food, looked at it and left.. The pizza didn’t have any sauce, the crust was dry, I couldn’t even enjoy it. The only thing that didn’t taste bad were the wings!! I got the food at 9:40p no receipt of the order or nothing! I wanted to dispute this with the company but it already late!! Atlanta’s customer service is terrible, seems like nobody wants to work or give good service unless you’re a celebrity. I hate Atlanta! I spent damn near $50 for this and this is what I get!! I hate it here.

So, this is my 2nd visit to this location. I was picking up an order of pizzas for work. I ordered the dat before to pick up the next day. I received a call thaty order was pushed back about 25mins. I arrived later than 25 mins past my pickup time and the pizza still isn't ready. Ever though the tracking says the order is ready for pickup. I'm now sitting here on my work time.
I dont know who is back there making pizzas, maybe the ninja turtles them selves! I’m talking about the best pizza I ever had *chef kiss* I’ve been noticing everytime I come to this location the pizza is impeccable! I ordered yesterday and again it was delicious its like somebody Italian granny is back there and seasoning the crust ? good job hapeville Marcos!

I place online orders. The food is NEVER ready at promised time. Not once have my orders ever been ready on time smh. Always have to wait still! Empty & no orders ready still! The cook did his thang though!!! Lol food is fresh and cut completely through!

Let me start by saying the customer service i got while i was here today was great it was a young black man he was working here all by himself no help and he still managed to give great customer service did everything with a smile communicated very well with the customers letting us know when he was starting on our pizza, came and checked on everyone while we was waiting to make sure we were okay i mean it was awesome seeing this man working by himself literally doing everything and still keeping a smile on his face he needs a raise asap. Pizza was EXCELLENT topping was put on neatly he didn’t rush with any of our food even though he literally had a rush and i would’ve understood if he did but he didn’t. i mean he performed very well thank you young man.
