I truly hate to inform everyone, but this is the most GHETTO Smoothie King IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA. The smoothies are disgusting, and the customer service is absolutely horrible. The appearance of the employees is also quite disappointing. When speaking to customers, they project an overly loud and intrusive demeanor, reminiscent of a sports team rallying rather than providing courteous service.There's one employee with lime green braids who is particularly rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Despite residing in the McDonough-Hampton area, I've never encountered such unprofessionalism at a Smoothie King. The owner should seriously consider closing this location, as it seems the manager is hiring anyone without regard for customer service standards.Now, onto my smoothie experience. I ordered the Hulk with peanut butter, strawberries, and pineapple. After a 20-minute wait (which is unprecedented for me, as I've never waited this long at Smoothie King or Planet Smoothie), my smoothie tasted like diet coffee with artificial sweeteners. When I returned to have it fixed because it was too sweet the second time, I added a whopping 8oz of water to dilute it, making it barely drinkable. This was especially frustrating considering I'm on a liquid diet and paid almost $10 for a smoothie that was undrinkable.Furthermore, the clutter near the entrance is unappealing and detracts from the overall ambiance of the location. I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly, as they are tarnishing the reputation of the Smoothie King brand.

My visit was incredibly frustrating due to a lack of customer service. Initially, at the drive-thru, I was informed they only accepted mobile orders, not cash or card. Wanting to get my lunch before work, I left the line, downloaded the app, and placed my order. Returning to the drive-thru, I was told there was no order, and I was advised to come into the store to resolve it. Despite my frustration, I was determined to get my açaí bowl, so I entered the store. There, I was told that my order was likely placed at another location, despite being certain I was at the correct one. Attempting to call the store they claimed I ordered from, I was met with the same person who initially said I was at the wrong address, now she want a me to turn back around because they never looked in the first place because they didn’t wanna make it, so now am livid, I had already left and clocked in for work with no açaí bowl or my money back.

I absolutely love this location!! I go so often that they know my order by name and i love that for me. It’s very seldom that I get a bad smoothie from here. I’ll choose this location over any other smoothie location.

Going through the Drive through this Angry Woman had WAY TOO MUCH attitude, messed up both of our smoothies, I asked for an extra straw to share, and she said "I'm the manager, and we have a 1 straw policy, it's 1 straw per drink!" With a nasty attitude like I had upset her, or something! I have spent thousands on smoothies over the years, I've gone on ALL SMOOTHIE diets lost over 35+ lbs, and this is tied for the worst Smoothie king experience that I've ever had. And that was because of some crazy teenage girl in DC. You would think in Atlanta a "Manager" would have more pride in customer service. And satisfaction.PS I called back for a possible Refund, and it was denied. $20 loss??? I would strongly recommend somewhere else until they replace Mgmt!

This is one of the slowest locations I have ever been to. Waited 15 mintues via drive thru to get my smoothie, which was then handed to me with attitude. She spilled my veggie smoothie in and outside of my car and all over my leg and had an attitude slamming the window when I said just hand me napkins I'm not waiting for another. No refund nothing. Please train these girls correctly. I'm still owed a smoothie

I want to love this smoothie king but it's always a hit or miss when I go there. For some reason this location is always running out of ingredients in the middle of the day and they will say that management didn't order enough. Go for a smoothie bowl and they will tell you the base isn't ready and won't be ready until later in the day. You would think things would be prepped before the store opens but that's just my opinion. When they do have the ingredients for the bowls I love them, but I've been disappointed more times going here than satisfied. Please work on this location!
