I find it funny that every time that it is 45 minutes till closing right after I get off work there if there is an already a lame here they are not taking any orders they always say that their system is blank, which is very convenient for them standing around, not resetting their computers I will give their corporate a call and see what happens next. As for now, I will not be spending my money at this location any longer. It is very unprofessional and this is not the only time I’ve came around 1230 a couple of times and they do not close until 2 AM and I have been told that they are not taking orders because their system is down the inconveniencing truth is that they are on the clock and they decided that they were going to close early and their own discretion when they stay there until the closing time. This is about the eighth time I’ve had this situation with this specific location.

CAMERON SHORT

Only thing I have good to say is that the food was good. Two signs on each doors says open from 9am to 10pm for the dining room. They have the doors open but when you walk in they look at you like your crazy. I placed my order via the app for pickup inside the restaurant. I also did this b/c I had to use the restroom. No one said hello good morning or anything. Then randomly a guy says the inside is closed. How?! When I’m standing in the inside. I told them I placed an order for pickup inside. Another working then grabs my order. Y’all gotta do better with customer service. But these are the same people that think they are supposed to get $18 per hour, with horrible customer service. We gotta do better! Why is all the fast food restaurants in the hood like this.

The nacho chicken sandwich had stale corn chips and the corn nuts just didn't belong. It took a really long time to get my food. Fries also didn't seem fresh. For as long as it took, the food should've been better.

Can’t read a screen to get an order right for nothing. They seem just give you whatever at times. I ordered a #3 bacon egg and Swiss croissant meal and an addt’l honey butter chicken biscuit. When I got to the office I had two HBBs. The chicken on the HBBs was cooked in old grease. Waste of $9. TRASH!!!
