Absolutely terrible service 3/4 times in the last 4 to 5 weeks. First time they weren't even busy and the only time I saw my server was when he took our order. The cook brought out food out and we never got refills. The second time was a little better but not much better. The third time was excellent. I made sure to tell the shift manager that her shift was excellent. I specified her shift. They all worked together and they were fantastic. Yesterday was the first and only time I have ever in 40 years actually walked out of a restaurant. Sat there for exactly 1 hour 4 tables came in after us got there and some had even finished. Several people came in and ordered to go orders waited for them and left. Finally a random guy brought my kids a refill of tea 50 minutes later. I asked for a refill of coffee and he litterly brought me coffee with grounds swimming in it. A ton of grounds it had to be on purpose. There were two cooks the one cook looked at us numerous times and did nothing. After exactly one hour I got up our waitress walked to the register and said can I help you? I said yes I need to pay for two teas we ate leaving. Our food wasn't even on the grill!! The only thing on the grill was 3 pieces of bacon and the cook was taking a to go order. The only thing the waitress had to say was yeah I know. Like what do you mean I know. So you know they arent.cooking our food?! Tried calling the manager no answer as of 9:45 am this morning. This was the shift that worked 4/9/24 6:26pm to 7:26pm if a manager can please contact me. Or the owner for that matter. Thanks.

Placed an order online, picked it up and when we looked we was missing food. This has happened twice now. Cant call them as no one ever answers the phone. When I went back they said they must of bagged it up wrong.. you think?

I go to Huddle House as Often as I Can. I live in Elberton Ga, and it's in Heartwell Ga,. From the Wait Staff to the Cook. I have Pretty Much been Satisfied every time We go there. Food is Up fast, Cooked the Way I ask for It. The Price is decent. If there is a Problem, the Staff is good about fixing it. One thing I have noticed. They All are Team Players. If One needs help, there is always Someone to assist. (They have great Management, with good Leadership Skills.) The Store is always Clean. Ladies Bathroom, also Clean. The Cook or Cooks, and Waitresses has good Communication Skills with each Other as far as Calling Out and Receiving Orders. That keeps down all Chaos. This Restaurant is in Heartwell Ga, I will Continue to go there. And I will give it a good Recommendation for Sure. Thank You!Parking: Always good Parking.Kid-friendliness: They just accommodate well.Wheelchair accessibility: Have places where You can easily and Comfortably pull Your Wheelchair ♿ to the Table.

We were headed on the way home from camping and we stopped at Huddle House. It was so so good!! We sat outside and enjoyed burgers and my hash brown casserole. Britt took excellent care of us! She was awesome!! We need a Huddle House near us! Thank you for your hospitality!

I was their on Sunday of last week with my family and our waitress was on her phone, wasn't available to give us the best service we should have gotten. Our waitress was Marlena, she had a bad attitude the whole night, not sure if it was because of us or she was just having a bad day.
