THIS IS THAT DOMINO'S!!!Lemme say it for you one more time just in case you didn't hear me:THIS IS THAT DOMINO'S!!!The pizza was super hot and fresh, as well as the Tots and Pasta I ordered, not to mention the fact that it came so fast, I couldn't even keep up with the Domino's Tracker (which was spot-on, by the way!)! The Delivery Driver was so awesome and had a great sense of humor too!! Simply outstanding and an all around awesome experience overall!! 12 out of 10 ⭐'s***UPDATE***I tried to give it a 12 out of 10... But I think your meter is broken and that's bad customer service, so that's why I had to give it only 10... 11/28 I order pizza for Delivery. The pizza got here fairly quickly and was hot. However the delivery driver Alex sat infront of my house for over 20 minutes. I didn't notice at first but my camera picked up on it. I initially was worried that something was wrong with him. My son knocked on his car window to check on him and his response was " he was texting and would move soon." 10 minutes later he was still there until I contacted the restaurant. The young man lingered in front of my home for about 30 minutes total. In today's world that's not cool it gives bad intentions and you can get seriously hurt like that. You do not linger in a customer's drive way or infront of their home to hold personal text conversations. He was not preparing an order he stated he was texting. The youngman was however mannerable. I wanted to still however speak to the manager to offer constructive feedback. The young lady Emily stated that she went to get her manager Bree who stated that she couldn't speak. To busy to listen to a paying customers concern is Astonishing. I hope that the more Experienced delivery drivers and managers can offer better coaching and safety tips . I'd like to note I normally get an older delivery driver, and have never had this problem.

Ordered last week they brought it everything went great. Tried to order again this week now apparently I'm out of delivery range even though I'm at the same location. Lazy workers is my guess. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Food was warm and delicious! Delivery was decently quick. Our driver Gene was awesome. He was considerate and did not ring the doorbell since it was late at night (as requested) he even made sure to turn his lights off when pulling up to our house. Small things like this make for a great experience. Overall we were pleased!

This is the only pizza that I order and sometimes it may not be completely hot if they are short of drivers and the driver hast to go to more than one place, but I can always heat it up a little. They have never been wrong with my order. However, tonight was the best pizza I’ve ever had, and it was the half-price sale! It had so much stuff on it. I could hardly pick it up and it was absolutely delicious and hot. Plus, it was delivered so fast I couldn’t believe it was here already. Thank you. o

Today was my last day at food lion on Mike Padgett. in the 20 months that I have worked there I periodically order dominos pizza for the entire department, I’d say I have done this about a half dozen times, and I always give the driver a generous tip because of the inconvenience of having to come into a grocery store. Well we decided that this being my last day we would have a pizza party. I ordered online (this is the tobacco rd store btw) and almost immediately got a call back saying that they don’t deliver to the even numbers on Mike Padgett…I’m like come again. She said that their drivers will only deliver to the ODD numbers on Mike Padgett…so basically if I went across the street to the family dollar which is an odd number they’d deliver to me? I tried to explain to her that I order from them all the time (like almost $100 each time I order) and have never had a problem. She repeats the same thing. We don’t deliver to even numbered addresses on Mike Padgett…I asked when this became a thing since I ALWAYS order and they have ALWAYS delivered. She said since forever, it’s always been a thing. Anyways, I told her fine but I will be filing a complaint with corporate(she didn’t care that I tried to pulled a Karen) she just was like whatever and ended the call. Someone on FB recommended I leave a google review as well as contact corporate. I am usually not one to complain, but this lady was just down right rude!
